- Leicester Abbey Pumping station narrow gauge railway was running a Simplex diesel hauled train service on our visit,the steam loco was having boiler repairs.
Another great video. This one has been on my list but still not got there yet.
Must get back when they have steam running.
All those internal exhibits and now this Narrow Gauge Railway...what a place Chris.....absolutely wonderful displays all round...Bob

No suspension on the wagons I was amazed the film was as still as it was,all hand held.We enjoyed our afternoon so much we will return when the pump is running and the loco is repaired,might even make a day of it and visit the Space Centre in the morning......Regards Chris.

Oh, my mistake. That's is someones attempt at modern architecture.
I think the railway and pumping station arrived before that ugly thing next door. It really lowers the tone of the area.LOL!!
