Here the idea behind this thing, if Indian players started playing in other leagues thn Indian audience will start watching those leagues too which will make other cricket boards rich and BCCI would never want to lose its hold in ICC.
It's stops the cricket to spread across the world, indian players should be allowed to play other country leagues.
Its time India to recognize other sports not just criket.....its boring just to see one sport...hope they understand
Indian players also should play on every T20 league
We should create a group of just T20 Specialists and allow them to play other leagues to get exposure to foreign conditions. Top Cricketers anyways don't play first class cricket or List A in India. It has clearly helped English players.
Due to this Ipl past 13 years players are adapted to 20 overs and a good player from ranji trophy is spoiling due to this ipl
Thats why good talent players who can handle pressure situations are not filtering even from huge population
How WILL Foreign players play in IPL when there Country play their Matches during the period IPL Tournament begins? Other thing is the Standard have declined.
Don't worry about that because ICC always makes window for IPL. I guess during IPL pakistan may play international cricket otherwise other big countries don't play during IPL
Opposite to Pakistan there is a team which play with Pakistan than what about the opposite team player like Newzealand is playing with Pakistan now

Because of this India players don't have Exposure of foreign pitches, Foreign bowlers, crowd and this is Enough to loose WC....
They must be free to play foreign league except for Pakistan
Are you telling that the foreign players have no value...then why should they come to india..the main reason of BCCI is the political play..when Indian players play these type of league they need to mingle with our neighbour country ( and we all know) this will correct the political incorrectness in us.. and later on nex ipl auction we will and we should ask why they are not allowed to play IPL..

Retired players are allowed to play in any foreign leagues but for the case of places where is potential threats of social unrest, riots danga fasad, terrorism n further subjects to life liberty n freedom 🤔 as in case of PSL n Pakistan, 🤔 our retired players must seek consent of BCCI.
Khelna chahiye Indian player ko ... experience hoga us field ka aur improvement bi hoga...BCCI KO rule ko change karna hoga...

What if other teams think the same way?
Our BCCI is already richer than other country cricket boards and now IPL is generating more business than the T20 world cup. So other country players will certainly come and play for IPL as it pays them well enough. It's simple because India has more population, more people are cricket fans so this equals more money.
Indian Cricket Board finances all the cricket boards of the countries. Specifically Pakistan 🇵🇰 They are all dependent on us. (IPL) poor Pakistan 🇵🇰 player couldn't play more for IPL. That's the reason Pakistan 🇵🇰 players getting poot day by day and taking loans from Banks.
