    Hello there. Thanks for the useful information and video! I was wondering, if cholesterol creates estrogen through aromatase, then why are so many women and also men with android fat distribution? With that being asked, I've also seen women and men with gynoid fat distribution. Can you let me know what determines the type of fat one person gets? What are the factors for both types of fat distribution patterns? I used to have android fat, then gynoid fat, sadly again, the dreaded, android fat. I would like to know what triggers the unlikeable android fat. I've read that it's 'free testosterone' that hasn't or can't be turned to estrogen (because of higher levels of testosterone or cholesterol?). Can you weigh in on that? Is it too much cholesterol the root of android fat? Sometimes I get so confused. Do phytoestrogens have an effect on estrogen? Can the enzyme aromatase be increased? Is that even possible? I don't even know if that's the right term for it. I would very much appreciate it if you replied. Thanks for reading!

    Boron citrate is essential for proper hormone production in women as well as men. A supplement will go a lomg way and is a natural way of regulating hormone levels. Boron is supposed to be found in food but depleteing soil nutrient levels from over production from big Agriculture is making our foods less and less nutrient dense. The more you know.. ✌

      Do you notice a difference in intensity of emotion? I have a odd thought about estrogen and testosterone. I believe that emotion and hormones are not correlated at all and the misconception is caused by the societal interpretation that women should keep in touch with emotion. The only evidence that I find supporting the claim that estrogen affects emotion is done on women that are all subliminally influenced by society which would explain why women seem more emotional than men. Perspective from a woman would greatly be appreciated. My goal is souly to understand the reality because nothing else matters when it comes to raising a little girl.

    • @endlessteatime4733
      @endlessteatime4733 Před 7 lety +5

      Not an expert here, I'm just a student and can't tell you any details but higher levels of estrogen are related to higher chances of breast cancer (and I think ovary cancer too). It also messes with your periodic cycle and in women that are being treated with estrogens but no additional gestagens to balance them out, they have a tendency to develop proliferations of the endometrium, which then can (but not necessarily) develop into endometrial cancer.
      As far as I know, women in and after their menopause used to be treated with estrogens to reduce the symptoms that come with the menopause and also prevent osteoporosis. It turned out that the treatment didn't help to prevent the osteoporosis, but instead just increased the probability of patients to develop cancer, so nowadays they are only prescribed for menopause purposes if the symptoms caused by the menopause are too much for the patient to take.
      Again, I'm only learning, so if somebody reads this and finds an error, please point it out! But that's my understanding of it as of now.

    ‭‭2 Peter‬ ‭3:9‬ ‭NIV‬
    ROMANS 10:9-11 “If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved. As Scripture says, “Anyone who believes in him will never be put to shame”
    Matthew 11:28-30 “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”

    Why estrogen is considered female hormone.Im a male and my estrogen is out of the chart.
    "The brain’s estrogen (and related oxytocin) system is responsible for contextual and holistic thinking as well as linguistic skills, agreeableness, cooperation, empathy, kindness, and the tendency to be prosocial. High estrogen levels have also been linked to generosity and trust, heightened perception of emotions, and a keen imagination"

  • @ericbreaux6124
    @ericbreaux6124 Před 2 lety

    I don’t understand why people think testosterone is needed for women to have sexual desire when women are most sexual when estrogen significantly increases. Testosterone during that time increases only a little and women’s sexual desire correlates with the estrogen amounts, not testosterone. Sexual arousal is one of the most pleasurable feelings anyone can have. Sexual desire couldn’t be as much of a female quality as male if it needed testosterone because that’s what gives males our unique features. How can people think that’s fair for one gender to have such a passionate feeling more than the other gender? Women talk all the time talk about men they think are sexually attractive and the parts they are most attracted to on men. Men having a greater libido makes no sense. Sexual desire requires seeing or thinking of parts that sexually arouse people.

    *When a 21 year old male has Testosterone levels of 900 (I did) or more why do they have great heads of hair? Why can 21 year old men pee 7 feet on demand with Testosterone levels of 900? It's not effecting their prostate either! There is a LOT more going on than just high Testosterone levels. Can anyone tell me the WHOLE hormone story of what is going on in a younger males blood? There MUST be a reason these SOARING high testosterone levels make hair grow fast and shrink the prostate in the younger male population. In fact my hair fell out and my prostate grew by 60% in the 5 year period from ages 31 to 36 EXACTLY when my Testosterone levels dropped by 70%. I went to the Dr. ever year and have my full hormone history in writing from ages 21 to 58 - What am I missing here??? It seems to me young men should not have any hair and their prostates should be ready to explode so it can't be JUST the Testosterone since those levels PEAK from 18 to 28 years of age. What and I missing?*
