"No driver licence" is only for some countries and usually for the smallest engines/restricted to 45-50 KPH or 30 mph. "Bigger" engined ones do either 60-70 mph and 65-80mpg (petrol) or 50-60 mph and 80-90 or just over mpg (diesel).
KubikCv as long as an engine is not at operating temperature it is a cold start, and Here in south west France It is difficult to have lower temperatures
But at least you don't need drivers licence and i find that really cool, if this was a petrol car it would be quieter but i dont complain about it because that diesel can do i think 2L of diesel for 60miles/100km so i find that a really cool little car :D

In Germany you need a scooter license - called "AM" at least to drive an Aixam.

They are great engines, for small diggers, lawnmowers, rock crushers, boats, cement mixers, etc. just not for cars
