I played through all the PC Splinter Cell games' main speedrun categories!
Splinter Cell 1, Pandora Tomorrow, Chaos Theory, Double Agent, Conviction, Blacklist! This is the world's first series run!

Retiming and Rules

I started the timing on the first frame after the Training
Loading Screen in Splinter Cell 1. I ended the timing on
the first frame after the full black screen just as the
Blacklist Credits start.
I didn't pause the timer between games.
I played all games in English.
I played every game until the credits start.
I speedran the main Any% category of each game.
These are arbitrary rules as there is no official category
for this and a series run is unprecedented.
The retimed RTA times are:
Splinter Cell 1: 58m21s
Pandora Tomorrow: 39m28s
Chaos Theory: 43m54s
Double Agent: 1h22m05s
Conviction: 52m32s

I've done a speedrun of Blacklist myself too. Albeit it's a very different one. I tried to stealth kill everyone, and I mean everyone as fast as possible. This was years ago though. It should still be up on my channel under a playlist somewhere.

This run is crazy! NGL it's very well done. Personally I really want a new splinter cell game, that encompasses the feel of the old ones but has the action and choices of blacklist.

Nahh. I don't really like to speedrun v2 of Double Agent.
If we go that far, I would also have to add Essentials to the list.

How do you manage to keep Double Agent from crashing?

I can't fully prevent it from crashing.
However, following measures make the game more stable:
1. Use the widescreenfix by ThirteenAG
2. Use the -ll launch parameter
3. Run the game on a single CPU core
4. Play the game on windowed mode (Modify the splintercell4.ini file so that StartupFullscreen is set to False and not True)
5. Run the game as admin
It seems that using dgvoodoo emulating a 9800 GT GPU prevents level load crashes but I don't use that.
