your videos are so helpful. which book are you referring to ?
Lois Romans Computed Tomography for Technologists 1st Edition
Thank you
Your channel so wonderful I hope u keep making content please do video about why in ct scan helical there is no motion artifact when continuously table movement while acquisition?. I never get that like the detectors don’t register the spatial encoding correctly since it gets different attenuation values also the x ray tube dont have sufficient time to complete one rotation which is necessary for image reconstruction in filter back projection at least 180 degrees needed but the helical shape of the beam means each plane gets only 10 degree of tube rotation until the table moves to next z directions or next plane of patient sorry for poor explanation
I'm tracking with you... are you studying CT for engineering or as a technologist?
@@RockTheRegistry specialist
Technologist but I keep getting questions in my mind and there is extremely lack of content describing the components of detectors
@@no-de3lg The short answer is the computer interpolates the data.
I didn’t understand , the formula to find coverage =pitch x acquisitions time / rotation x beam width , but In the demonstration u are multiplying! I’m confused now
Thank you!
However i couldn't understand why dividing by 512 in the reconstruction questions?
matrix size on CT
seemed like you had trouble converting from cm to mm all you do is multiple by 10, which means add a zero. Hope that helps you.
Ulysses Ramirez “all you do is multiple by 10”... Seems you had trouble converting “multiple” to “multiply,” which means you add a “y.” Hope that helps you.
@@RockTheRegistry That reply was amazing! Thanks for the explanation in the video btw!
