    We are back with a new recipe of amla ko achar. Amla also known as Gooseberry has lot of health benefits. Amla contains Vitamin C, iron and a lot of minerals. Amala can be eaten in many ways such as: Raw, Pickled, Juice or Jam. Pickled amla is also good for the digestive system. We have made this easy recipe of Amla today, I hope you will enjoy it.

    Here is the complete list of the ingredients:
    500 gm gooseberry (amla)
    1 tbsp cumin seed
    1 tbsp carom seed
    1 tbsp fenugreek seed
    1 tbsp fennel seed
    1-2 tbsp salt
    200 gm sugar
    1-2 tbsp crush chili
    100 ml mustard oil
    1 tsp turmeric powder
