nice exhaust, but the end is too short you guys should take it to where the factory one goes or create a new heat shield but it should definitely be a little longer and not cost and arm and leg

@Cobra Sport Do you need to have a tune on the bike to prevent any codes setting an engine light?
It is kind of pricey! But I’m going to start saving my pocket change!
I thoroughly disagree. I think the length is great. Short suits the bike better. But 100% that heatshield needs to go. New heatshield should be Simple, raw, and resemble nothing like a bubble letter drawn by a 5th grader. Which is everything the stock exhaust is in my opinion. And its the worst part of the bike, sound and look.

I was trying to get this one for my bike, but at the Harley-Davidson dealer they told me, they can't tune the bike properly and this maybe cause the avoid of my warranty.

This isn't planned at the moment but I wouldn't rule it out as a future development if there is demand for this. If you are within travelling distance to Sheffield, we could look at creating a bespoke system for you.

This Sportster S performance exhaust has been designed for the optimal upgrade in styling, but has not been tested with the additional pillion seat.

I installed my H pipe but i cant see the flame, even in my dark garage! 😢
This is due to the mapping of the bike, if you get the bike mapped to over fuel then this should enhance the flames.

Does the engine need to be programmed after installing the exhaust??
A tune is not required with this exhaust but is recommended to optimise performance.
What if harley davidson refuse the tune up?

how come the exhaust in this video has carbon fiber cans but there is no option for that when you go to order the exhaust?
The carbon fibre option has been succeeded by our popular 'volcanic' black ceramic coated option.

Do these slip ons shoot flames ? Looking for performance not attention.
We recommend a re-map when fitting our non-catalysed exhaust setup, the remap will balance the fuelling levels for optimum performance.

I asked the service tech at the Harley dealership where I was buying my Sportster S about this exhaust ( showed him the video) and he said if it’s just a slip on then you don’t need a tune.
Well all I know is the tech guy watched part of the video and said that I wouldn’t need a tune…..soooo…
