With hindsight, it's so very obvious, they're really not being very subtle with Chris popping up during almost every episode just as Angel starts receiving anonymous money haha but I remember being surprised at the time because he'd been a regular good cop for a few years
I Remember Him Playing A Normal Cop In Home and Away 1989 when Martin Dibble Trying To sell Cuddley Toys with Out Licence and called Him A Pervert at A Pimary school I Think that was Funny and First Showing Of Chris Hale as Normal cop Before He Came A Seragent
I suspected the cop was a bit too nice, offering to help so much with Dylan because he wasn't a friend before. But I didn't know why and I guessed it was him who gave angel the money after he let Jessie go. But I thought he was involved in the car racket, not what he'd done to shane. It wasn't his fault he was spiked and it's sad how it went because he clearly felt guilty. Those cops should be fired for spiking his drink more than he should. That's criminal. But how did Simon work that all out? Thats far fetched
