KIRBY Vacuum Cleaner started in 1914. And they still in making KIRBY vacuum cleaner today.
I laugh everytime, the show that vacuum at the beginning with a bad motor! 😂😂😂😂
LOL You should have had them say when the salesman asked "what vacuum do you want" they should have been like " SOMETHING THAT SUCKS UP AND TRAPS THE MINGE!"
The upright Sanitaire vacuum, WILL NOT work on hard floors. It will destroy them. The vacuum comes with a portable canister that has tools and a good floor brush, that CAN be used on hard floors and upholstery.
Kirby is the way to go
Whats that noise???? It smells LOL
This guy has no idea what he is talking about my Shark Navigator (NV70) DLX that I just bought is doing an amazing job cleaning the rooms at home and it seals very well to the carpet. Also when we had a Kirby Heritage II that Vacuum it sealed to the carpet for effective cleaning and the same goes with the newer Kirbys that came afterwards. Makes me wonder what this guy thinks of a Kirby vacuum?
Um... fyi some bagged cleaners leak lots of nasty dust too. A shake out bag Sanitaire will probably kill a particle counter. That's how bad they are. However one with disposable bags are world's better and almost all Kirbys that have Hepa cloth bags are actually pretty clean.
Excellent presentation.
Hey Watson, You forgot that there were some Direct Air Vacuums that had onboard tools on them!
You are annoying
4:53 That's Another Famous Machine From The Guy In Watson Just Wanted To Make It Look BIG!
It would. It has no beater bat, that's why. The Sanitaire bush roll looks like a knife. Also, Kirby's bristles aren't tha stiff.
how does a noise smell?
Burn up a vacuum,then you'll understand.
Connor thecarguy nothing was burning up though. It’s just shit behind the fan
She doesn't say it smells, she says it separately idiot
@@chriseasley9776 whose the idiot? she said, "What's that awful noise, it smells!"
@@connorthecarguy6835 I have no sense of smell - figured that out in the past year or s0
Bissells are tough but if you ask me a eureka airspeed one is the way to go do a test with the baking soda and see how many passes,my guess only 1 pass will do the job
and then your room will become a winter wonderland!
Yeah sure the salesman’s going to tell you it’s the best vacuum in the world. Little do those buyers know it’s $500 & if you’re gonna pay that much for vac, you might as well ask her on board attachment tools with it
I had a shark and Bissell vacuum for over a year and they work great.
@@K.Gvacs452 and what makes you think of that Mr. narcissist?
@@K.Gvacs452 people like you are the reasons why I left the vacuum community because you think that you can go around telling people what to buy and what not to buy, and I know the true definition of a narcissist, if you want me to tell you. A narcissist, is somebody who thinks that the world revolves around them, and that person only cares for itself! that’s what you’re showing right there!
Bissel makes some of the shoddiest quality dog shite known to man. I’ve seen cheap Bissells make clouds of dust.
That high pitched voice though
mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm he got tootsie rolls lol
GET A EUREKA PET PAL.
At the beginning they sound like me after 25 Coronas.

2:27 Sure. Okay. But if the hole's *TOO BIG* on the other hand, you're actually going to *RIP THE CARPET OPEN!*
I'm dead serious! My father hires maids to clean his mansion occasionally. About 3-4 years ago, one of those maids was using a *Hoover Guardsman* in the guest's bedroom, and GET THIS: THAT VACUUM WAS *WAY TOO POWERFUL FOR THE CARPET* IN THE GUEST'S BEDROOM! The carpet actually began to *RIP OPEN* because that sucker was so ridiculously powerful! In short we--especially my father--had a very bad day. A couple days later, I heard of the *LG Kompressor* vacuum cleaner. It was easy to use, and had a small enough hole that it didn't rip the carpets open like that Hoover Guardsman did, yet big enough to get it all like you always want vacuums to do nowadays. My father's maids use the LG Kompressor vacuums now, and I even have one which I love at my own apartment--yes there is such a thing as buying an apartment which my father was successfully able to do!
Plus, your Sanitaire vacuum is *NOT suitable for hard floors* like my Kompressor is! You know why? Because that 40-year-old design of your vacuum gives it a huge problem: the brushroll bar is CONSTANTLY SPINNING, no matter what kind of floor it's cleaning, which means it's going to scatter most of the dirt around on the floor. Worse, the constantly spinning brushroll bar--combined with the STUPID BIG hole--means that it could potentially RIP THE FLOOR OPEN! My Kompressor has a switch which shuts off the brushroll bar to prevent that from happening. This is important especially if your home COMPLETELY consists of hard floors and no carpets at all.
Yeah, I have been watching Vacuum Wars on YT. That's how I know that your Sanitaire vacuum is *BAD for hard floors.*
Get a Kirby you can stick a felt duster plate into the mouth of them and turn off the brush roll to dust and suck at the same time theres hose attachments you can even use them as a leaf blower in blower mode and you can hook up the spray gun attachment and paint stuff with it. The older kirbys had attachments to hook up a PTO cable with a drill chuck a grinding disk a jigsaw a dremel and all kinds of wacky stuff and the crazy part is it all works good. I have a 1957 Kirby 516 a 1960 560 a 1971 Omega a 76 Classic 3 a 79 Tradition a 84 Heritage a 97 G5 a dead Dyson 2 Orecks I gave up one since they blow up when you run over any kind of mildly large object where as the kirbys I use to clean up after the contractors come through on houses my friend flips has zero issue sucking up screws and nails under about 3 inches in length with a TING as the impeller throws it into the metal emtor bag area.
Oh also theres a hardwood floor polishing head for waxing your floors and a little suction adjustment nob under the headlight cover if you need to turn that down but since the carpets i vacuum are always fresh installed carpet with occasional screws nails bits of drywall and wood i just leave it at max suction to help pick that stuff up.
@@cjhawk67 I've tried many different models of Kirbys and I have one of those "ultra-plush" soft carpets at my apartment. Those things are SO FREAKING HARD to push on those "ultra-plush" soft carpets--HOLY MACKERELS, THEY EVEN WITHSTAND THOSE FANCY KIRBYS WITH THE "TECH-DRIVE" THING!
@@NoelMarresAscot8 Are you adjusting the height correctly? Your not supposed to bottom the rug plate out but only lower till you hear a audible change in tone. I've never had any real issues on any of the cleaning jobs I've taken my kirbys on even when doing shag carpet with the shag king rake attached. I have a 1957 Kirby 516-S7 a 60 560 71 Omega Classic 76 Classic 3 79 Tradition 84 Heritage and 97 G5 and I have all the accessories for all of them even the drill, grinder, buffer, jigsaw, sander, dremel, and paint gun addons. cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/629989817932840970/721289385039101963/JPEG_20200613_050446.jpg

@@Jimmy06blue I was a huge Bissell fan until 5 years ago, I love their shampooers though. I traded my grandma's Oreck in for a Miele 5 years ago and still have it and I've had a Bissell Momentum for 8 years and I just ordered a Sanitaire to replace it as soon as it comes in.

@@FrenchFryCheese04 I’m not the one is going around telling people what to buy and what not to buy you FACIST!
@@Jimmy06bluesharks are not quality vacuums, for the average consumer there a bad choice. I’ve came across one recently where the duo clean head and brushroll was completely plugged up with hair. The dust bin and filters were all plugged up, unfortunately after a while the seals wear out. It’s really not a sealed system. A great budget vacuum would be a Hoover tempo or an equivalent Hoover bagged model. Great value and can be taken apart and fixed easily.
