THE COMMON DENOMINATOR IS WEENDELL DOWNSWELL. Why are we taking our eyes and focus off the Technical Director (TD) Wendell Downswell achievement and failures in his tenure as a TD? He is there throughout all of the team failures, at all levels over the years of coaches and players rotations. We need a new and better TD because our style of play is the same since 2016 regardless of the coaches and players qualifications and qualities. This current system is poor on set plays. Poor tactically. We employed long balls. Poor on attack, and an overly defensive style of play. This can be seen and is true reflection of all our male teams, from the U15 - Senior men's squad. If we want changes and solutions, we will have to start from the root cause of the problem. We must hire a high profile TD and a new team's general manager, to implement better philosophies, in order for us to achieve team success.

No Mexico team is weak they have thousands of quality players. Jamaica can import a quality team from Mexico.

If you guys in Jamaica sack this coach football collapse in Jamaica. This Jamaican squad does not have quality midfielders and forwards to complete against good teams.The coach build a good defence and the goal keeping is fine. The coach need to search all over the Island for some skillful players put them in camp and train them for the world cup qualifer. I watch most of the games Jamaica play in 98. From Simones get the job as the football coach he used the local players and build a team from scratch and that team complete against any team in the world
Jamaican fans must understand that the players from England are not skillful players they play long balls . There are no skillful players like Whitmore and Boyd to create chances for the team to score goals.

I don't believe putting them in camp will make any difference. you can not magically produce quality players by training them. Jamaica has evolved into a hard working side that will have moments in games. The hope is that the next generation of players from 12-15 years old have talent . Albania oin the Euros are a great example of what Jamaica were 15-20 years ago.

The coach not good, shows cowardice and is not showing the right confidence in Kaheim. When Burton came into the side, he brought the youthful exuberance and the coach surrounded him with the players to get the ball to him and let him then do his thing. I agree the coach is operating below par but because he is a foreign coach we are not calling for his head.
