As an older guy in his 50s, if you say anything such to younger men, they think you're bitter, and jaded because they think things went bad for your life. They don't look at it as a serious warning of entrapment, and heed the warning because family court laws have not changed in the slightest bit over decades. Fish have been caught with a worm on hook for millennium.. yet fish have not smartened up and evolved to avoid this simple trap through urge to feed. Funny how men have not evolved to avoid an obvious trap from natural urges to be with women, even though we know it's just that..a legal trap!! You forgot to add this: that money Is tax free for her. This means after the man pays taxes, he has to give her this which means he has to make like $190k to pay her $125k. Also, she doesn't have to report this income as earned income on her tax returns and he can't write off the $125k as expenses to reduce his tax burden. Completely free money of over $2mil/yr pre tax. There were women before social media came and snatched some people's logic. As far as laws etc, your marriage should be based on love first and foremost not laws, money etc. Again blaming the wrong thing. Its not the laws causing bitter divorces its the bitter person going hard to make the other person's life miserable. Why is it some won't go after alimony, child support, etc, they just want their peace amicably and then you'll have other situations where people are really just trying to hurt eachother. If people would genuinely treat eachother properly, be honest, be fair and respectful nothing else would matter. Not saying relationships still wouldn't end but it wouldn't be so ugly and messy that it has caused people to not even look at marriage the same. "Vetting" sounds nice in theory but unfortunately you can have a wife who once dotted all the l's and crossed all the T's and STILL turn against the man at any moment. I've seen countless examples. The government and court system reward this behavior. They're incentivized to destroy the relationship. Most men don't enter marriage KNOWING there's red flags. The flags are usually hidden until later when it's too late.
It’s very feasible, men who intend to get married, need to do so without signing a government contract. In addition to preparing in the event of a future separation by protecting assets prior to a wedding and children. Especially in common law states. Hope and love isn’t a strategy against todays modern family law court system.
Families have nothing to do with getting a marriage contract.
You can get married just get your passport go to another country and find you a better quality woman. Obviously take your time and vet the woman before getting to deep cause you can still get finessed but it’s way less likely due to the cultural up bringing of the women. You should do a show with the Lead attorney, who did mention that two pre-nups one for each spouse was more ironclad than one pre nup. Both parties have their own lawyers draft up a pre-nup and communicate with each other so their is no sign of pressure or coercion when signing. It would be a good question to ask if this would have helped Kevin Costner out or not?

In domestic violence, cases when women are the aggressor and they ask if you want to press charges against her, what do the men say.......NO, but if the role are reverse, that women "will" press charges and that man will go to jail. Once your wife or girl has your first child and they come to you to sign the birth certificate, what do men do, without hesitation, they sign the birth certificate, not knowing if that kid is his and finding out 10 years later its not his and according to the law and what state your in, guess what, you are the pappy to another mans kid.
