Rebecca switches up her instruments all the time. She plays fiddle, any kind of (upright) guitar, and she was both the first female and youngest-ever recipient of the Best in Show prize for mandolin at Merlefest.
These ladies are incredible.
You should find their performance of Jimi Hendrix on mandolin and lap steel from Glasgow. Early days as Larkin Poe, soon after The Lovell Sisters disbanded. It'll blow your mind.

It's called "I Hate the Way You..." but it's not on any album so far. Maybe some EP that I don't know? Well I don't know exactly why... but they are still playing it live on recent shows, so they didn't forget this masterpiece :D
