Here's how you can make Dragon's Beard Kulfi. Kulfi is basically like Ice Cream and is a very popular frozen dessert in Pakistan. You know Saturdays are my cheat days!
In a large pan we're gonna add whole milk, heavy cream, milk solids and sweetened condensed milk. Were gonna add some dragon beard candy but were not gonna add alot because we're gonna wrap it up. Add some red color and reduce the flame to medium heat. let it cool and then to assemble, pour it in any mold you wish and freeze for 6-7 hours. Then wrap some dragon beard candy and freeze for another 1-2 hours or until the wrap stays on Enjoy!
