Ingredients (the net weight of vegetables is indicated):
* cucumbers-1.2 kg
* tomatoes-300 g
* red sweet pepper - 300 g
* onion-300 gr
* carrots-300 g
* garlic-30 gr (1 head)
* hot pepper-1 piece (to taste)
* tomato paste-50 g (2 tbsp. l.)
* rock salt-15 g (1 tbsp. l. without a slide)
* sugar-1 tsp. - 5 g (1 tsp.)
* 9% vinegar-20 ml
* sunflower oil-80 ml
Output: 2 cans of 0.5 liters + 1 jar of 0.2 liters + a little for a sample.
Cooking time: ⏰ 25 min + ⏰ 5 min = ⏰ 30 minutes
