There are a ton of great things about living in Windsong Ranch and living in Prosper, TX, but there are also quite a few cons as well. Is the Lagoon a seperate cost like a country club, or is it included as a "community" amenity? HOA fees?
The monthly HOA fees include access to the lagoon!

2.3%+ in real estate taxes? This is totally crazy income tax or no income tax. How do you guys put up with it?
Definitely a downfall! For some the financial benefit of no income tax outweighs the property taxes, but for others it doesn't. The crazy think is that 2.3% is not even the worst I've seen!

@@ognqski 2% is common. Worst I've seen is 2.7%. Those that are above 2% are usually in MUD or PID districts which are temporary rates but regardless, they are high.
I have a property that I want to sell in Windsong because I am moving out. 2023 build, 3.5K sqft. Let me know if there is any interested party ..

You can use your own kayak. I live here for 4 years now. It’s amazing!
In 2025, will windsong be zoned for the new Richland Highschool.
