Corona has a double meaning in Tangled. Corona means crown. Corona also refers to the Sun’s outermost atmosphere. ☀️ Hence all the pictures of suns in Tangled. In the case of viruses from the coronavirus family (there are many, some of which cause common colds), they were named that because of the way they look like the sun with it’s corona. 🦠 ☀️ A funny coincidence.

Funny thing is, it's like Disney itself could see the future. Rapunzel, Frozen, and Moana. They're all movies about the protagonist really wanting to go outside their home and not being able to until much later than they wished.
The funniest part was the costume changes I couldn’t stop laughing 😂 😂.

@@kronemerj No, because the corona is the part of the sun that looks like a halo - the part that's visible during an eclipse. And there's a whole light/dark, sun/night, light/death theme throughout the movie, which is why the sun is the symbol of her country.

I went to school with Howard Ashman from 8th grade through high school. I remember how talented he was even back then. He wrote parody lyrics for show tunes for our 9th Grade Farewell Assembly (back when kids went to Junior High School, as G-d intended.) I also remember how much he liked Maurice Chevalier's singing, and it made me smile broadly when I first saw Lumiére start singing. Sadly, Howard died at age 40 about 30 years ago, but I think he would have so much enjoyed your renditions of his songs.

The Tangled song is soooo similar to our current situation! Me and my friend actually used it for a music video contest, and made covers for the books that say stuff like “Quarantine 101, How to Avoid Loneliness”, etc. Also, fun fact: the kingdom in Tangled is named Corona!

Corona actually means crown. The virus was named after the fact that it kinda looks like a crown. Same reason why the beer is called Corona.Granted the kingdom of crown is a very generic name.
Your videos are a bright spot in our family's day! Thank you for keeping my 5 kids laughing and my sanity intact. My kids have been singing "I'm a bread guy, bigger than my head guy" around the house at random intervals the last couple of weeks. My son was doubly amused when his teacher included your "dad jokes" video in his elearning assignment as a mental break.

Tangled is basically a movie similar to the situation that we’re in correct?
-Quarantined at home ✅
-Nothing to do ✅
-The only people you’re surrounded with are evil family members (or fake family members, both work)✅
-Getting weird/funny/cool new hairstyles ✅
So, Rapunzel was quarantined for how long? 18 years (hopefully corona doesn’t last that long 😬).
When she escaped, she found the love of her life-Eugene. (For those single pringles here who have little to no hope that they will find a soulmate)
