Depois de muito tempo voltei a treinar! Comecei pelo Burgmuller !!! Parabéns !!! Linda apresentação !!! Me incentivou !!!
I love this piece. When I was youger I thought "Pastorale" be a Chopins's opus.
You play the piece so easily!
Hi, did you remember you commented this 7 years ago
I like it, Cory Hall, so calming and curing!
Quel plaisir d'écouter et de travailler ce morceau à partir de la vidéo!!! Ce monsieur est un grand artiste!!! Bravo.....
What are the odds that you and Danny Tee upload the same piece on the same day. Quite the contrast from a new beginner to experienced hands, altho I think he's on the right track. Frankly - enjoyed both, maybe not equally, but appreciate the efforts.

Help. I cant do the grace note using ring finger and middle finger to save my life. Can i substitute other fingers?
No, you will be arrested and jailed if you use any other fingers.

I play Yamaha Piano

Hi
Ich übe das Stück gerade für Klavier=)
Seemed to lack some expression to me
Don’t think is that slow
That is just how it is. The tempo is 66.
Isn't that meant 2 b a bit faster?!
slower actually.its andantino (63-70)
Dianne Wang Actually, it can be any speed the performer chooses. No tempo is ever cut into stone. But looking at it historically, "pastorales" since the baroque period were always slow pieces in 3/8, 6/8, 9/8, or 12/8 time. "My" slow happens to be a little slower than most other pianists' slow.
my sheet says 66 for 3 beats. Speed is fine here, in general speed is only an indicator, beauty comes from playing with emotions. Keeping the speed and every tone at the same length actually kills the music, yet it's still tought by so many teachers.
I understand playing at a certain speed is nessecary for different pieces, yet once I am able to play it at that pace (which clearly is not a problem in this piece, I am mainly talking about stuff like e.g. winterwind by chopin, which would just sound bad if you go too slow e.g.), I should really make it my own version, if that means playing a bit faster and a bit slower at some points or playing the whole piece a slight bit slower then that's actually much better than just producing the same result everyone would, by playing like a machine. I am sure Burgmüller only gave the speed as an indicator, and not as a total measure too. Even great componists of these days sometimes play their own pieces with different speed depending on e.g. the mood or what they played before.
Speed is very subjective but the definition of pastorale is: a slow instrumental composition in compound time, usually with drone notes in the bass.
no.ain't you
Good but Your sounds need to be careful.
My ocd when this vid was at 999 likes.😡. My ocd when I made it exactly 1k likes.😌.

Lacks expression. Sounds like a player piano.
