He makes it look easy though.. I used to do this back in the day . Trust me it Takes a whole lot of practice to get the hang.. Nick's body is used to it by default he always knows the required amount of momentum and energy needed to pull off the skill.. great job. Still blown by that 360 screwdriver.. it's insane

Its nice to see that some stunts that seemed impossible were performed with style, and there are some "easier" stunts, that in-game looks cool, but its not that effective in a real scenario.

Some of the in-game stunts are indeed actually slower than simply running through the section without triggering them.

The fact that all of the games moves are humanly possible (obviously not the insanely high jumps or endless stamina ofc) just goes to show how the human body is insanely powerful and unique in it’s own way there isn’t even any apes that could preform moves this complex
Now we just need a Vector movie with this guy as the lead actor.
Can we all stand up and give a standing ovation to the guy who pulled all these tricks effortlessly . When I played vector for 1st time I thought most of them would be impossible to do in real life.

Man Vector was the sickest side-scrolling 2D runner on mobile back when it first came out. The fluid and detailed mo-capped parkour animation never hindered the flow of gameplay and it really blew my mind at the time by how good it feels to just breeze through levels with simple touchscreen swipes and sh*t.

The movements of the character are too real and fluid, it's most likely a real person doing them.

I love how all of the stunts like this are directly more costly in terms of energy use and would make running from something much harder.

Not all, but yes the vast majority. To increase mobility you really only need the fundamentals of parkour the rest is just art
The inefficiency of energy used and speed slowed even though the Vector is being chased makes sense from a narrative perspective. The Vector likely spent years as a subservient slave to the Totalitarian regime hes in. The longer he gets to run, the more free he feels, and thus more reckless, ludonarratively translated to the player unlocking flashier stunts in every new level.

The only things which just hurt my eyes is the height of most of the jumps in the game. Not possible. Bur that's the only thing I have to say about it. Otherwise pretty much accurate :)

I like the way you approached every stunt with the given locations you had. In-game the guy being chased is really going fast and has some inhumane strength, timing and control over his inertia! It's really nice to see what's possible to recreate in real life and you did a great job!

Yeah I don't think vector is human which is would explain his strength and all. In the opening scene of the game you see it's just a big factory or lab making millions of clones forcing them to do the same thing, so I don't think he's human.
