    U should mount your driveshaft with the big part ( outer shaft ) coming off the transmission reason being if you run them the other way, dirt & crap can get stuck in there when the inter shaft is down the dirt will more likely fall out easier . Anyway cool truck for sure. I've have had one for a few years cool vids.

    Make sure your drive shafts are in phase or it will do wacky stuff ..it makes a ton of difference if they are out of phase

    nice video, nxt upgrade to a holmes hobby motor and a Hobbywing QUICRUN WP 1080. it will really make the truck super smooth.

    • @leesrcs
      @leesrcs  Před rokem +1

      I would but then it wouldn't be a Remo hobbies truck anymore. But def want to try a HH motor on a future build.

    Did you put weights on all four wheels? I used to do that until I found out that in the front only is much better.

    • @leesrcs
      @leesrcs  Před rokem

      Yes, I had 88g weights on each wheel, and kept them on all 4 just for stability on downhills, but they are on the crawler now.

  • @hermansims304rcrawlingteam3

    hey budd glad you found drive shafts I need a new sevro think I'm try the one you got I'm running 131mm tires on mine

    Would the injora shocks work on this

    • @leesrcs
      @leesrcs  Před rokem

      You can use just about any brand shocks on the Remo that say they fit the scx10II, the mountain brand internal spring shocks that are on it in this video I believe are made by Injora.

    What was the highest speed with the stock car?

    • @leesrcs
      @leesrcs  Před rokem

      Not sure of an actual speed number but the Remo hobbies comes ready to run and the controller has a dial to adjust speed, so you can dial it down for crawling and up for trails and fun. Remo hobbies says 20-25km/h so that would be like 12-15 mph

    • @leesrcs
      @leesrcs  Před měsícem

      I got that one used, I believe it was a Pro-line body, they can be expensive for just a clear plastic. I'm running a plastic hard body now.
