- Chris Messina is best known as an actor, but he's been working towards directing features for years. For his latest, which is led by Mary Elizabeth Winstead as the title character, he got Don Johnson to play an aging actor who is entering the early stages of dementia. The duo talks about the work and about their careers with David Poland.

I am a fan of them both...but I have to say out of SO MANY interviews Ive watched, this interview was by far the most honest and not "canned" so to speak as a lot of these types of things tend to be. Really felt that both actors/director was present (as Don said about Chrs) for this interview. I appreciated the stories they shared about themselves that gave us a little more perspective of who they are as people. Thanks for keepin' it real.
I only watched the movie because Don was in it. I didn't like the movie much. But I enjoyed all Don's scenes. It was interesting to see him in a role like this.

I love this interview Don Johnson seriously looks Gr8,I wonder if he was vaping, bcuz aint no way he would hold a lit cigarette,lol...other wise this interview had a lot of funny parts...I wanna see more interviews with the funny side of Don Johnson,he is gr8...
Don really feels his ability to act is a gift. Aren't we all lucky that he shares that gift with us? To this day, there is no one cooler than Don Johnson. He'll still be cool when he's 90 ♥️. Those same strands of hair that fell onto his forehead as Sonny Crockett are still falling down today. Don gave a very moving performance in this movie.
My sons have had memory problems due to adhd and I started doing research on what to improve it I found sharp mind by solaray and giving vitamins with no fillers and no artificial ingredients and no food dyes because it effects the neurons n tbe brain

This is all well and good, but very few get to pick their way towards a role because ....of the same environment you two work in. So tell me something new why don't you..
