Also for grogs or other metallic alcohol/solvent markers: i find that I can fill a good 30-45% of the marker with "vmp & naptha" and it flows with almost minimal loss of opacity, at least with quality markers /paint. And specifically metallic ones especially silver, That way when I get suckered out of half my silver paint like you did, I can at least kind of compensate. (works good for metalic markers that have dried from age as well)
I never review Grog stuff because they always give problems 👎🏽. It’s as if the grog people don’t understand how thin and thick to make the paints. Only their squeezers are good but it’s pretty hard to mess up a paint for a squeezer. Good video brother Weck!

@@QuantumKatmusic seems like buying industrial markers from Uline or somewhere cheaply and then refilling them with ink of ones choice is the way. The only pump marker that seems worth anything is Molotow.

I had a 15mm burning chrome cutter brand new and other supplies in hand and a friend had an 8mm cutter burning chrome new aswell and was his only tool atm so he wanted to use it asap… it seems like after the 3rd tag it stopped working maybe pigmenting clog but that doesnt make sense since xfp is made for cutters… well long story short i didnt prime the nib and just threw the chrome into a mop aswell…. They dont come fully filled tho like the px30s lol any way as i was saying i threw the chrome into a mop that had some homemade ink…… the ink itself overpowered the chrome so much now its like chrome was never in the mop at all. Im always a bit on the fence with grog products

Ive had the same result when i got empty Montana brand chisel markers.. if you buy them filled the black paint they fill them with works great but ive yet found a paint or ink to fill the emptys with that makes them preform correctly... ive had some success using cheap watered down $2 cans of black spray paint to use as fill but u can only use them for sticker stock since its so time consuming to make them work correctly... coversall and masterpiece ones seem to be the best bet when buying any large chisel tip marker in my opinion and those are deff pricey...

это скорее всего векмана тупость, всегда с маркеров надо пыль счищать, иначе будут такие проблемы, я на 200% уверен что он тегал на сантиметровой пыли и просто испортил маркер
@@TagMachine можно тегать где захочешь, хоть по асфальту, но, всегда надо с перьев пыль убирать, иначе она присыхает и потом не дает чернилам нормально проходить, особенно в помповых маркерах обязательно
The cutter nibs do not really work with thicker paints grog even says you must use extra flow paint with them, works best with inks
