Very great video thank you
You’re welcome! Thank you for commenting. Let me know if you have any other questions or would like for me to do a video on a specific topic.
my dads partner backstabbed us using an llc i hope they get him personally. even then justice would still be far from.
If your dad’s partner is using the LLC as a means to commit fraud, that's one of the reasons you can pierce the corporate veil. Make sure to have your father consult an attorney in your local area.
Can your LLC bank account get frozen if someone suits you
@@peteamato9593 yes, in certain circumstances they can freeze your bank account.
@@ThinkLegalPC thank you
So if me a Sole proprietor signs a contract with a company to carry out works. Then couple months after I decide to incorporate the business. Let’s say subsequently my company breaches the contract who is liable to litigation?
Unless you sign a new contract with new consideration with the new Corporation, the Sole Proprietor would still be liable.
@@ThinkLegalPC so you would have to contact the contractee and make them aware that the contractor has incorporated and would like amend the existing signee?
Sorry if I’m not using the right terms. Just trying to understand how it works
What's a negligent example for a rental property?
It is not repairing something that can cause the renter harm. They have to know about it or should know about it, given a reasonable time to fix it, not repair it, and it causes the renter actual damage. Your area might be different. You should consult an attorney in your local area if you have a problem with your landlord.
@@gypsydayle7083 my accountant, suing me because we had a problem with his billing and he charged me double
