Wily Wars fixed a lot of hit boxes and other weird stuff in the NES version. Same for MM1, which had even more issues. MM2, little to fix TBH, game was rock solid as it is.
This game made Shadow Man and Needle Man, previously the two hardest MM3 robot masters a joke, but in a tradeoff, you can't manipulate Hard Man's fists to dissapear that easily anymore, so he's a bit harder.
@@TheTrueBro It's kind of unfortunate Capcom didn't do a classic remake for GBA. It would have fit in perfectly alongside other NES enhanced versions like Kirby nightmare in dreamland, Metroid Zero Mission and Super Mario Advanced. Though then again getting that might mean not getting the Megaman battle network games.
I think many of the 16Bit renditions are not as gritty and harsh on the ears as the 8Bit versions. Although certainly they could have been better. Some of the songs are sped up too much and slightly off-key compared to the originals. Spark Man is my favorite of the bunch.
We are the city, we are the hearth, we are the life force, we are the Spark. It's because of use, if we cut the cord, we break the program, they live no more. It's lights out, lights out for you (LIGHTS OUT!). I think you've sparked a war. It's lights out, lights out for you, humans are no more.
Finally played it for the first time via the Retro-bit rerelease (a really good collectors item might I add) and surprisingly, I find the PAL version of the soundtrack to be slightly better then the original NTSC version. Just because the slowed down version 9f the soundtrack gives a more chill vibe that the NES and NTSC genesis don't give. One of the only PAL games that do the soundtrack justice in some way (also second favorite song on megaman 3, defeated by the ending theme).
Spark Man in Wily Wars is so cute. ^^
Spark Man: WHA?!?!?! WHO TOLD YOU?!?!?

😁
Spark Man and Fire Man are my favorite Mega Man robots. ^^

Then I say to him: Calm down, bro. I'm also a machine. A plane. ^^
I love how the Wily Wars version of Mega Man 3 is made so much easier than the NES counterparts!

@@TheTrueBroHeh heh, rock solid
Wily Wars 2 would be 16-bit remakes of Megaman 4, 5, and 6. It would be a fangame.
Boy, have I got news for you...
@@iwoomy752 I know. I know. SokZaJelo is working on it, and it is called The Sequel Wars known as Rockman MegaWorld 2 to the Japanese.

Honestly I feel the shorter and sharper notes add an action-hero-esque feeling to it. Kinda like it that way, personally. ^^
True it sounds more sinister and serious too
This one is just... I have no words.
So is it good or naw? I think its pretty nice

my favorite song from mm3 and one of my favorites of the whole series, wily wars certainly did it justice
My favourite Robot Master theme to date. Jesus, it's gonna be hard to beat this one.
Can definitely take your comment out of context
@@sosplushco.7393 Maybe is it weren't for the first sentence making it obvious what the context is.
I wish the 12-second intro repeated at some points in the song. It's my favorite part. :(
2 words...DANCE PARTEH! *gets some glowsticks and dances*
Awesome version!
they managed to make spark man and top man's mugshots look even worse than on the NES
This is probably the only theme in Wily Wars that even comes close to competing with the original 8-bit song.
@@Beansman-gp3ws snakeman tho
Shadow Man, Snake Man, this, Magnet Man, there's many
La de Gameboy tambien da batalla

This and bubble man sound just as good as their counterparts. This Sounds more serious and somewhat sinister I love it
Finally, a music video with no spanish subtitles that just say [Music] during the whole song
My Favorite Music:)
Dare I say it, this is better than the 8-bit version. That one is a bit too chippy.

@clak99 No, I mean the first 12 seconds of the song. Listen to the first 12 seconds of the video, that part doesn't repeat.
@CommanderThunderush I agree
I love Playing Mega Man Wily Wars StefieB!💜
That's it, dammit, I'm uploading a version of this song with the first 12 seconds included in the loops.
Ho I just realized that the intro doesn't play anymore when the main song is on and loops... =w='

Spark Man looks like a teletubbie in Wily Wars
No seriously, He does!
I don't see a weird thing on his head or a TV...

A flame war.

Wily Wars had great 16-bit remixes of Mega Man 1-3 music.
Good >:o
Similar to what I said for Snakeman's theme in this game, the notes are cut too short, otherwise, it would be amazing.
