DanGer Shock Impella in Cardiogenic Shock Study Analysis

My analysis of this recently published study comparing Impella + standard of care vs standard of care in the setting of cardiogenic shock.

i think the reason i have seen stated by people who ran the trial why OOHCA was excluded is a lot of them will already have hypoxic brain injuries which a impella will not fix, they point out not to extrapilate to these patients would be a interesting question for future study though
