@@JamaicanInsider Oh wonderful, thank you will do!
Beautiful
Thank you for this video, I teach English too and I'm going to show this video to students in France. (We are doing a whole theme about Jamaica!)
Don't forget to teach the students the truth and how millions of our ancestors ended up in North and South America, Europe, the West Indies, etc. and scattered across the globe and who was responsible for that happening. Also, why we even celebrate these pagan holidays "they" chose for us in the first place. Teach the truth. Thank you.

This is a very useful video. I am a Jamaican and I teach English in Japan. I think this is a pretty good intro of our Christmas traditions for my students. Thank you for creating it.
Arigato gozaimasu. Seasons greetings Carla sensei.
@Carla Petite Same here! I'm in Kagawa (Shikoku region) . I'm going to use it this evening for my after school students.
@Carla Petite and @Islandmiss, feel free to share this vid with other ALTs. Also, do let me know if there are other topics you would like a video of to show your students and JTE.
You both have amazing jobs! I’m Jamaican too but have only visited japan once. Hopefully one day I’ll be able to stay longer. Merry Christmas!
Great memories of my beautiful Jamaica. Thanks for posting.

What is your favorite Christmas 🎄 meal?
Thanks for watching. I particularly like fruit cake and sorrel with a lot of red label wine since this is the only season I eat and drink them.
