This video is very important for those who intend to take the A&P practice tests, this describes in the minimum details what they will pass, having said that, I must add that I recommend that they do tests with you at DME Services of North Florida, you two are amazing people and I will never forget how polite and professional you are.
God bless you all.

@@shamwow9889 ok, good to know, thanks
Great video. I think this the only one I could find that explains the process. Can you elaborate a bit on a typical test? Are you tested on 40+ oral questions and 40+ practical tasks? This is the part I'm unclear about - how many of each an average person gets on test day. Thank-you and keep up the great work!
I’ve already taken and passed my General & Airframe. I am about to take my power plant in two days.
Study the Jeppesen oral questions. They are basically the exact questions you will be asked. You will need to answer 40-60 oral questions for each general, airframe, and power plant, without the use of notes or reference material. You will be required to get a 70% pass rate for each section. Around 10 sections for each G,A,&P.
You will be asked 4 questions out of each section, so you are allowed to miss 1 question for a 75%.
If I missed two questions, my DME would then ask 7 questions total to allow me to get to a passing percentage. (5 out of 7 questions correct is a 71%)…
You’ll have around 7-8 practical projects to perform as well for each G,A,&P. The projects range in time to complete from a couple minutes, up to a couple hours in some cases. Generally, the practicals end up being a lot easier than you think, but some can catch you off guard. You will be provided reference material to look up information about the practical if you need it. You must pass every practical project.
