ten hundred times the space
ouuuuUuuuuu
Yes!
Look at you with the clever puns!!😂😂😂
Ooooooooo
YUHHH!
A "mural garden" would be so sick - set up walls, shipping containers, etc. outside and have your art/artist collabs on all of it!
Actually a sick idea
You could even set up tours for the general public though this "mural garden"
Use the shipping containers as apartments for visiting artists, make a sweet little collab compound.
@@SrslyNoz. that’s actually a good idea
May help with some sound proofing too? And plants = happy space
HUUUUUGE!!! SO excited for you mate! I can't wait to see all the arty madness you're going to create with all that room to spread your wings!!
My building is way more leaky and older, but shoot, I’m just tryin to be like the big homie Jazza.
Read this in Jazza’s voice 😅
Hey mate! In case you are too busy to look back at another comment section, posted what could be a truly productive and amazing collab: Only a suggestion, 🤔but Jazza's fav cams are from one of his sponsors (Blackmagic Design) they also are the ones that offer DaVinci Resolve editing software. We love the "Largest Art Collab" This could be the largest studio set up collab on CZcams. And now that you have this huge space to work with, Jazza has a big farm when will the annual/semiannual artist retreats start?
WOAH A REAL AUSTRALIAN !
An art gallery, artist in residence studios, a recording studio, a skate ramp. So much room for activities, congrats dude!
Yes! I second the skate ramp idea
Hey as an architectural designer. With the amount of space, you have. You could create a spray area that can be exhausted to the outside. This way the smell wouldn't be in the building. Excited to see what you do with your new space
Like automobile spray booths?
Spray booth all the way!
@@recoveringsoul755 yes actually most studios for oil paint have a similar thing.
It does not take an "architectual designer" to envision a spray booth (not "area" btw) in an empty building. Unless you're just trying to tout that you have a useless college credential.
@@adamwest3266 don’t think architectural design is a useless degree 😂
In addition to the awesome future art projects you will create here, I'm looking forward to dozens of videos of you guys building out the spaces and making the studio look amazing!
I also would like to see your build out of your workspace!!
IKR all the art and painting that will go on the walls and the decorations. I'm stoked.
Man 🤯 that’s freaking crazy! Congratulations on such an amazing space. It seems like it offers everything you could possibly want. Ever 😄
I am looking forward to your future projects ✌🏼
Excited for you to paint something here 😉
👀👀👀
Dude, you gotta head over there and leave your mark Doke!
When’s the collab video coming out?
Huge fan of Peter not only for his work but because he's becoming more and more successful but still keeps it humble at max level. You deserve this TenHun! Let's go!
100% agreed
100% agreed
I am overly ecstatic for you and your team! The things that will grow from this move are going to be next level. Be sick to see you build a mural wall outside for collabs with other artist, like Kiptoe, Slew, Smoe Nova, Doke, and more!
😮 oooh that'd be amazing! ❤
This right here!
Amen!
And Woww this is so BOLD to buy that insane BIG space!
Tip/ idea: you said that you want to build walls? Maybe Hire professionals to do that for you?!
I think they will be faster and better and you will have the time to do what you do the best: CREATE and then you can pay them 🤗😁
yesyesyesyesyesyeyse
Since you now have such a large space, would be cool to invite some of your friends to each make a small to med. painting on random walls around the studio. I think that would look sick in between all of your art.
Damn this is awesome. Just imagine 3d printing, laser cutting or screen printing your art. Make different sets for different videos. A lot of room for a lot of new possibilities. Congratulations on the upgrade man. 👍🏽
Bring on the many before and after videos. Love seeing how you will turn a 'plain old warehouse' into a mind-blowing vibrant creative zone.
Golf carts. Everyone needs their own custom golf cart to get around this place! So unbelievably happy for you Peter, and thank you for bringing us along on this awesome journey ❤
Love the golf cart idea
YES
@@lindsayjonkers8159 thank you! Yeah it would be a cool episode, especially if they get to customise their own 🤟
A new studio space is so exciting! I love seeing how you transform your workspaces so I'd love to see a full "warehouse renovation" series on the channel.
A cinema, a skate park, aerial dance on the walls! You can do anything in there! And some rooms to invite other artists to create with you 😻
Cut the main room in half or 2/3. The front half or 2/3 toward the conference room can be more offices, studios, a gallery, etc. Use the back half or 1/3 for a staging area for shipping. If you are handling your own shipping you will want to use that large door. You could also get yourself a mural trailer (a trailer you haul with you that holds all your supplies when traveling for mural work) and store it in that back area.
The older areas of your building should be storage or spray paint work (assuming there aren't moisture issues).
The loft should be used for long term storage. Storing gear that you will be going back and forth up stairs to get will get old. Think about storing paperwork, old projects you don't want to toss, furniture, etc up top...things you necessarily won't need all the time.
Get a scissor lift, cherry picker, or a fork lift (get the forklift)...a used one. High roof will need to be accessed and if you are storing large quantities of items you will want a lift so your aren't moving boxes by hand or cart all the time.
Huge fan BTW. I have a signed uncut sheet of the Vivid Kingdoms cards framed and in my office.
Proud to be able to witness your growth over the years and see your rise. Props to you and all your hard work.
This is crazy! I got the keys to my new studio yesterday, after 4 long years of hardworking and I couldn’t be more grateful and blessed. Space is definitely a huge factor when it come to creativity and production, and it alows us to evolve as artists.
I’m very very happy for you TenHun and I can’t wait to see this new journey ahead of you!
Congratulations on your success! I don't know you but I'm rooting for you!
@@CrystalDenton1991 thank you so much!! 🥹
How about on the farthest part of the property, some tiny houses? You could have different artists paint them, as collabs, and use them as additional income Air B&B style. Or to put up friends and visitors.
I hope you share all the things you do with it.
I'm so happy and excited for you! ❤️
Peter is gonna be getting up to Jazza type shenanigans with all this space!
His new 'storage space for art supplies is so much bigger than most entire space for art and art storage, 😂
Love it, can't wait to see what the team gets up to
Do keep us up to date with progress. As this will be taking up some of your time, I guess it kills two birds with one stone as well as then your time doing it up is also used in a video.
Super happy seeing both you and Jazza get such amazing work spaces, looking forward to seeing you unleash your imagination in here. I do hope we still get some intimate smaller videos as I do love your drawings and paintings.
Absolutely INCREDIBLE place.
You could set up community art workshops business in one of those rooms if that's something you're wanting to do/or hire people to do in part of your building.
even just a video every now and then for a new mural/ updates on renovations would be hype. building out the spaces, making classic ten hun videos. gonna be sick!
congrats. Love how we can do stuff like this because we started making videos on CZcams.
Overwhelmingly living vicariously through you right now. That is a mega dream space. Holy smacks. So happy for you and yours! You big time deserve it! Very excited to see where this opportunity takes you and your art. The mural space alone is insane but the floor space for creative projects galore is hard to fathom. So sick to see you thriving. Congrats homie 👏🏼
So stoked for you and the crew man! If you needed additional storage outside, you should just get shipping containers... then you could tag them like the old mini shipping containers you did. Can't wait to see the updates!!!
That fear of failure is always a driving for force of inspiration.
Can’t wait to see what unfolds in your facility. Congrats🎉
I recommend planting a garden with a drip outside… Whatever fresh herbs, veggies, and fruits, etc. grow naturally so you have fresh vibes.
Also you could set up different kinds of art stations for guest artists: pottery, glass blowing, sewing, jewelry, etc. Really, you could do anything. You could build a wall with your favorite paints on tap.
Incredible. Unlimited potential at this point. I tend to jump back and forth between physical and digital art while also getting my hands into woodworking, bringing in someone who is familiar with CNC machining would allow you to create some insane projects. Plenty of space to build out a CNC room.
Congratulations! Well deserved!
Dream bigger. That's the key. Congrats dude hoooooooly goals!
I see you got something new going on too!
That's VOLUME! Happy for you Señor Hundred, you just don't stop growing and I remember watching your vids like 5 years ago, that's HUGE CHANGE! Keep pushin! 🌴🎭
100% your space can aid with creativity - as someone in the creative field, working from home who didn't have a proper workspace for the first year of lockdown... turning one of our guest rooms into my full time office and creative workspace was a huge game changer for me personally. Nothing compared to what you got going on with this awesome space but it's working for me. Stoked for you my man. Many more great things to come, NO DOUBT!
Thanks for sharing this. I needed it! I’m working on my creative space now and I get a little disheartened because I don’t have everything yet, but it’s coming
Wow this is so amazing and inspiring for a beginner artist like myself. Congratulations 🎉 I'm hoping you bring in slew, kiptoe, doke, and smoe nova for a fantastic collaboration. As others have stated it would be a great idea to have work spaces for other artists. Can't wait to see the new murals!
Drone racing! Inside and out! And mural collabs with all your pals! Only put up panels on the walls so the murals can be saved if you ever happen to move again. Also, skateboarding and scooters and all sorts of vehicles to drive around inside.
Ya’ll should start a residency program! Choose an artist each quarter/trimester/year to help with behind the scenes, gofer work, etc and in exchange get to use (and maybe live?) in the space to create their own work and pick up new skills they may learn from you, and other artists in the area.
This is INSANE and I'm so excited to watch you convert this space, so many possibilities! It would be amazing to convert an area in to bedrooms so that you can hold residential workshops!
Well done, 10Hun! Very excited to see what’s next. Thanks for bringing us along.
you could paint cars and vans for van life people. you could do huge collabs with other artists for more 3D sculpting. it would be awesome to see your colour on fiberglass sculptures. or even your characters in huge 3D statue sized forms. WITH your touch of color.
Huge wood burns! pyrography.
That huge bay door is going to be such a god send for huge projects.
You could lay down a canvas the whole length of the room and let artists from other channels come paint a section of it. ( i would be up for that.)
This is rad! It looked like some of the outdoor area is just grass right now - could you perhaps convert it to consist of native plants, bushes, and trees? Mother Earth sure does need a helping hand!
Congrats on your new space, I hope we can see a lot of behind the scene footage of you and your team setting everything up!
Wow this is an incredible achievement for you and your team! It has been a pleasure to watch your success as an artist grow over the years! Keep it up my dude!
Watching the growth of this channel and you as an artist over the last couple years has been impressive.
Looking forward to the growth of TenHun industries!
I def suggest making moveable walls. Like play houses make for stage. In such an open area you will want to change the layout inevitably and you can get super heavy duty casters that fold up and down to have tehm be stationary when wanted.
Suggestions: razor scooters for getting around. We use them in the warehouse I work in. Mine has a very useful basket attached to the front. Also, leave room for rollerskating. I hope i am successful enough someday to be able to set up something cool like this for bigger projects. How freaking cool. I'm so happy for you all, and can't wait to see what happens next! ❤❤❤
Well, i guess you gotta paint all the walls now
Let us know if you need help with putting the disc golf course in!! Congrats on the new space!
Maybe use ‘rollable’ plantwalls as living partitions. So you can customize the spaces inside when needed and have some ‘life’ around you. Extra benefits: the plants will clean your air inside!! So it makes for a happy and healthy inside environment
Pumpkin patches, organic gardens.
Guest studio space.
Learning/teaching annex.
And definitely add at least a stand up shower stall to one of the restrooms.
Wow congrats ten hundred!! Your truly an art inspiration, Im just starting with my art business and I too have FOF but seeing all your videos and your progress gives me hope :))
3 words: Creepy Loft Zipline
Dude thats awesome. You need to make an artbar in the back and add a massive outdoor fire pit, a mural rockwall and , arcade games, skeeball a section for vr and , massive murals inside and out. Make an art garden outside with mural walls for collabs etc. possibilities are endless. so happy for you.
Sun power!! You will surely use a lot of electricity in this space sooo what better use of the space outside then to install a lot of sun panels 🎉
Free electricity, sell the surplus, get a pad on the shoulder from Mother Earth ❤
So freaking awesome! Congratulations😍 I can see you having BIG in-house shows and art events, interactive galleries, etc etc, etc, in this space!
You know. This keeps me motivated to keep painting. Perfect example of what's possible. When you win oddly enough it feels like I win too. Keep crushing it bro.
Let's see some quarter pipes for BMX and skateboards. love your work btw I have been inspired by your art and content for years, it's been so cool to see your career and impact grow.
i would say def invest in a decent security system for this place. Keep all your projects and gaming/recording stuff as safe as possible. Given the space an seemingly remoteness you can never be too sure with your stuff. Would be amazing to see the updates on the place and how everything gets set up!
Colour!! Colour!! Colour everywhere! I’m super excited to of watched throughout the development of you and your channel! But there are too many plain walls around for it to be a ten hundred studio! I’m just excited for all the murals that could take place here. Reminds me of SMOE and his crazy abandoned building that he paints murals on everywhere. Please please use a space for collabs with sick artists!
CONGRATULATIONS! I'm so happy for you guys! This is an amazing space. Wow! I can't imagine what you will get up to in there. I really love the space. It's fantastic.
This is so exciting! Congratulations! I'm so excited to see what you do with this space and for the future projects and videos that are inevitably going to benefit from this move!
Congratulations! HOW exciting! Ideas. Roller skate party, disco night, group painting projects, What Melanie Bowman shared! Group art projects. The possibilities are endless!
Call it “dream space warehouse” I’m so stoked for you! I see lots of people. Young people that can show up and paint. Designate a wall where folks can show up and paint or draw or create. Teach classes. Urban modern event center with rad art on the walls! Wedding venue. Airbnb experience center. Airbnb. Build like 3 glamping tents. Dude…options are endless!
Congratulations!! I'm so happy for you and your future!! Can't wait to see this place once you get it set up.
I'm way behind on these videos, but seeing the outside I immediately think GARDEN! A green place to relax sheltered by bushes and trees. No, not garden, but a freaking park! Just, you know, a little park off to the side :^) Plants are so good for the mind and creativity, I think.
I'm so happy for you! You so deserve it. Watching you grow over the years has been such a treat and I love to see it.
Dude I still have a bunch of Statix stickers from when I visited your shop in Seattle. It's wild to me how much you've grown since then... proud of you my dude
Daaaaaang. This space is sweet. You've got space to have different types of art studios: large scale painting, sculpture, offices, etc. This is wild. I've been following you for years, and I'm so stoked for you guys! Good luck on your new endeavor!
Yes! More shop updates. So exciting. Congratulations, Ten Hun!
Man, I'm so happy for you. Can't wait to see the process and direction you take with this new studio!
I remember watching you when you were in the first art studio. So inspiring to see you grow so much and the effort you've put in to get here is miraculous. So proud of you, keep up your passion. 🙏💖 This space is beautiful, can't wait to see what you do with it!
AMAZING! Congratulations, bro, this is HUGE. Well deserved. Excited to see it come to life! Keep going
You could have an area where fans can visit, like a little shop to sell merch and stuff, maybe a section they can see some of your art in person
FYI: industrial doors are meant to be held open with weights and rope. When a fire makes its way to those doors the ropes catch fire, the weights drop off and the door slides closed so that the fire doesn't spread to the next room. By blocking those doors with a chunk of wood, you invite greater fire spread.
Also, you might want to check with your insurance agent and see how much having those doors fixed will reduce your insurance premiums.
Wow! Congratulations on the new building!!! That’s exciting news 🎉. I can see that grey building changing over time to something more colourful, perhaps?
CONGRATS MAN!!!! Super excited to see what happens from here!
Ten. I love reno videos. Please taske us along every step of the journey of setting up/taking care/totally changing this space!
So happy for you man. Can’t wait to see what you create. ACTIVITIES!
PLANTS!!! Inside plants, outside plants, plants for days! Good for oxygen and also visual vibes. Excited to see where you guys go with the new place.
Awesome!! Congratulations!!🎉🎉
So hyped for you! When I had a workshop space once I used high tension fencing wire across big expanses and purchased by-the-metre curtain that could span a long way (I had about 30m length). If you get the curtaining that has the metal loops it glides along the wire super easy and it makes for really good temporary room dividers/thing that covers up your junk space in a hurry so people don't see your junk/dust covers that run in front of shelving units/backdrops. Fencing wire is super cheap and only needs a couple of cheap little brackety things that go with them that you attach to each end of the wall and tighten to get a strong/anti sag line.
Firts I would block that giant gate to keep warm in, by building a dry wall e.g. outdor kitchen with furniture from you, a little appartment for art visiters, a maze, seperate the big space with 30 inch moveable walls, swing chairs hanging from the sealing, a happy come together place were local (or not local) artist can have a space for an art party (exibition sounds boring) like an art cafè, I like the trational way. Lot of Plants. Looking forward to all the murals to come, lots and lots walls 😉. Congratulation. Awsome how things change, I guess 10 years ago you would never ever habe guessed THIS. I am a follower since a couple of years, and I am truly happy to see you beeing succesful. 👍👏👏👏👏 Well done Peter.
Wow that's some serious upgrade! Beanbags in the chill out area are a must. Maybe a putting green/crazy golf thing too? Looking forward to all the updates! This reno will take ages!
Congratulations..!!! So Happy and for your and your team!! Excited to see how you develop your new space. Team Ten Hun!!!
Congrats Pete that's so fricking awesome! The amount of wall space for murals alone is staggering. With that much space you could partner/collab with an industrial artist with welding, pottery, so much potential.
Awesome 🎉🎉🎉🎉 congrats!! Definitely can’t wait to see what you do with this place .
Hey Ten Hun! Congrats on the new space. As an IT guy don’t skimp on the networking. You’ll want to get a proper network cabinet and at the least you’ll want to get a WiFi mesh system for good coverage around the space. These things are usually thought about last and it’s really best to get them figured out now
Good on you for caring for your employees! God bless you for treating them like family.
Peter, the first thing that I recommend doing is getting the warehouse concrete floor polished and painting on some of the metallic epoxy coatings to give it color and shine as well as making it look really nice.
Congrats on the upgrade team. Looking forward to the content to come. Lots and lots of love!!
I love this for you and your team!
Also, I am so down for a whole, in-depth 10 Hun DIY / interior design series on how you pull this space together and all the creative ideas that go into it! I know it's going to be so dope, and would love to see the process, especially with you learning how to do all these construction-related things along the way! Can't wait!
Wow wow wow the place is MASSIVE! So excited to see what you do with the place and all the good things this will bring. So happy for you guys! Congrats🎉
Wow, congratulations!!
Yes, please keep posting new updates on your awesome journey with your new warehouse 👍🏽👊🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
I am so freaking excited for you!!!! I can't wait to see what you do with it!!!
green screen corner!! that whole wall + some of the other wall, mini half pipe. ill come frame in more rooms and stuff like fantasy factory, lets gooooooooo.
That is so Amazing!! Congratulations! So happy for you.
CONGRATULATIONS!! Look at you soar!!!! SO happy for you!!!
You should get a bunch of artists like, smoe, doke, kiptoe, etc, for that main art section. Give them each like a 16ft space or whatever amount and have them paint a mural that depicts their journey from starting to where they are now. I feel like it would help to inspire you while you're working. And a reminder of the friends and great things your talents have brought you.
Congratulations and keep Elevating!!!!
I love it that you are doing so well. Your art is amazing and you seem like an amazing dude, so as a struggling artist, I'm really happy for you. Enjoy!!!!
A cardboard cutout page in a fantasy book goes on the roller door to hang in place for a transitional scene when you open it. Colour in the filling to walk in or a greenscreen to place over where you where from the cardboard. The purple at the old place, man looked a dream.
