Good luck
Watching toycat figure out levers for 5 minutes instead of just placing redstone blocks was both painful and hilarious
I think the idea was that he could change the terrain with the levers that interested him
I skipped through hoping he would realize redstone blocks were a thing laughed and died inside when he didnt
I feel you man
25:20 the difference is because flowing water is a block (so when it reaches the bottom it stops flowing because there is no more world or valid block position to flow into) but falling gravel is an entity (so it keeps going until the void destroys it)
Wondered this when I was building the enderman xp farm
There have been so many times where I'm killing squid and get the thought "I should cover the end in black concrete"
It's so hard to resist the temptation lol It'd be so cool but so painful and there is a 100% chance my items will get lost in the process
black dye farms exist and so do gravel and sand farms
@@philemonzz sand and gravel farms? I'm intrigued
@@spuon2893 its basically a duping glitch using the end portal, search up some tutorials on youtube
just use iron armour / tools and a few diamond tools
@@livelaughworshipkyle830 don't even need armour tbh, as long as you don't look at any endermen
I think the sculk-jungle biome would look great if you replaced the tree trunks with bone blocks.
I had a similar idea to the glass end thing a few months ago. I planned on making a huge platform of black concrete at the bottom of the end so that It would look like the void, but I would still be able to stand on it. I decided not to do this idea because it would take so much effort lol
I actually started this project in survival on my survival world, except I recycled all the endstone I would mine and turn them into slabs. It didn't take long at all
I know someone who it doing that with obsidian I made him a obsidian farm to help him out by making him a obsidian farm
Yea I feel like the fun way to make the end safe is with fences and bridges
"What is inside your brain, and how do we get it out without using a spoon?" - Toycat, 2022
minecraft zombie: "BrAiNs!!!"
me: * laughs in stupid, knowing i don't have any brain to be taken *
everyone else: * chuckles * "I'm in danger"
Why wouldn't I want to use a spoon?

@@toycat 🤣🤣 i love watching your videos.
The gilded Blackstone is great as a carpet texture. Use it as a floor and see for yourself
The void glass should be tinted glass instead of black glass. it fits the color a lot better because of the matching purple tint that glass type has
So much amethyst tho😩 such a pain to farm
Did you know, relating to the part where you speak of making a end floor, in the oldest anarky server in minecraft 2B2T, the server owner installed a plugin to stop bedrock breaking by continuously spawning new bedrock every time any bedrock was broken at the bottom of the overworld. What he did not intend to happen was that the plugin worked in the nether including the roof, and of course, it caused bedrock to spawn at the bottom of the end spawn island.
For checkerboard just fill an area with cacti and replace the remaining cacti with one block and fill the air around it with another block
or you could build 2 rows then use /clone
I'll be honest while watching this I was trying to build a mob grinder in a superflat world and instead seem to have made a glow squid farm... thanks for the inspiration I know this sounds irrelevant to the video but trust me a glow squid farm could probably be just as crazy as some of these... I think
A really fun pattern I discovered while back is to place birch logs in an alternating pattern (north/south, east/west, north/south, etc) (or up/down, side to side, etc.) if you follow. if on a decently sized scale, youll end up with a trippy, but fascinating, pattern
“Put a weird block in your end” - famous quote from ibxtoycat
uhh, that sounds painful... i think I'll pass.
That nether pyramid inspired me to make some someday. I think that was indeed your best so far.
About the builds scaled up 16x, I actually built a giant red mushroom scaled up that big. It's still my best Minecraft base ever, and probably will be forever.
The skulk forest is definitely a biome I want to make. It looks magical
7:58 just made me realize that they’re called “Veins” because it’s an anagram of “Vines”
16:21 There are easier ways of doing this. Do two layers then use the clone tool to, well clone it. Then repeat as far as you want to go. Works really well with repeating patterns.
There’s also the structure command that could function similarly
Also when it comes to entities you can remove them with the /kill command
When you say "Don't make these dumb survival projects" I always feel like making them
ygolohcysP
I was inspired by toycat covering his end island with glass, so I covered mine with flowing water, then used the water as a ladder to put a layer of grass at the lowest level under the end island surrounded by a wall of flowing water. (playing with no cheats so I can not fly in creative mode.)
I think some sort of deep dark/deep dark city in those gaps in your creative world(where worlds were joined together) could be cool
The best way to describe why Survival Mode Minecraft is better than Creative Mode Minecraft is the quote "Restrictions Breed Creativity".
Imagine he makes a whole biome, the sculk forest, from this video
Toycat: “bad dragon”
Degenerates like myself: 😳😳🤭
I loaded up my old 10 year old Xbox 360 world on the Xbox 1 and I've been playing on it for around a year. I recently started trying to mine out the entire lower level of the world. The classic Minecraft Xbox world sizes aren't huge but they're surprisingly big so it's quite a slog...
the glass one would be cool in your end since it's covered in glass
Toy cat:says "bad dragon"
People who don't know:😂
People who know:😳😦
Funny story for #5, in the latest Minecraft world I'm in I actually went with a checkerboard pattern (and even saw the same issues you were noticing). It's primarily using the Chiseled Deepslate and Deepslate Tiles which looks pretty good. My only regret though was continuing it with my "Black Sun" project. For this I'm building a large 6 Chunk Radius hemisphere in the sky...but still using the checkerboard pattern. I regret it every single time I go back to make even a little more progress on it.
For the Kirby one you could always build a small section, then clone it then clone the now bigger area then clone the bigger area
I have been doing the glass floor in the end it take a long time to place but it is worth it if you want to build in the end over the void a lot it saved me a bunch of times, if you make it go out of render distance so you cant tell the difference between the glass and the void!
I did start a Survival when 1.18 came out (But I turned on Education Edition so I can use MayFly because building around Farms and stuff is a pain)
How to make a mountain with IBX toycat
"take an existing mountain, and turn it into a different kind of mountain"
5:22 "bad dragon"
*R.I.P Dragon, died of bad*
And the first one on the list is the one I am currently doing, at 400 x 400 at the moment, slowly getting there. I am just using whatever blocks I can find though. My end goal is to make the end island a real island, by flooding the everything up to y60 or y62.
im definatly going to attempt the black glass pillars in the end (when finally get to the end that is lol) maybe put some glow stone, froglights or a single core of lava inside the center to illuminate and cap the pillar with a campfire and over covering the ilsand itself in yellow or orange concrete powder, maybe adding in a little glazed terrocotta evey now and then.
give those shivvery strider bois some lava they deserve to be warm happy bois you monster XD
6:28 ibxtoycat “Put a weird block in your end”
6:30 me “(ring ring) Ambulance please!”
17:50 yes... the fish bowl has unironically become my non-standard container for my beverages .
I will proceed to make it my mission to do all of these because Minecraft is a game where no one can tell you what you can or cannot do.
Thank you for this video and the cactus debacle. Of all days I need that.
never thought i’d hear toycat say bad dragon in a vid
7:54
They’re called “Skulk Vein” because it’s the Vein of a living organism!
It’s aliiiiive :o
The first thing, about placing blocks at the bottom of the end reminds me about me covering all 6 edges of the end with bedrock on console edition, since it is pretty small on console edition. I started to do it years ago but never finished. Also that world was created before TU46, meaning I would need to reset the end to get end cities, which would remove all my bedrock.
You can make the checkerboard much faster by making a small portion of it and repeatedly cloning it, making bigger sections every time you clone.
20:44 did my guy just say cactuses?!
toycat, you have made a make a cobblestone farm, tree farm, raid farm, iron farm and a slime farm just to do that piston hill. love your videos mate, have a great day.
Imagine landing with your elytra on your newly built glass floor covering your whole end only to fall through the one hole you made
why does it looks like the map of Switzerland
So glad you started with the thumbnail.
That joke at the end really slaps, doesn’t it?
Pumpkin houses! You're totally bonkers Toycat. Brilliant but bonkers. 🤣🤣🤣
That tag line at the end tho-- I TRIED TO COME UP WITH A WILL SMITH JOKE BUT I COULDN'T THINK OF A PUNCHLINE haha
easy checkerboard: Make stripes then use pistons to push alternative rows
Dang, that's brilliant!
that's genius lol
Yay, new vid! Thx Toycat!
you can use the /clone command to build a checker board pattern with ease
i run a snapshot server and on the 18.1 snapshots I replaced the endstone on the main end island with deepslate tiles, it was wicked cool looking
Toycat I have a dellema, my long term survival world was turned into creative (this is on realms with only me being op) and now acheiments are turned off. So either I play on the realm knowing that I cant get acheiments, or I start a new world. Which should i choose?
Btw this world has over thousand hours put into it, and it makes me upset to see it being turned into creative when its supposed to be true survival. It's kinda like lossing a hardcore world. Anyways when on a realm on a true survival world you cant change your gamemode whither your op or not.
I did some things on my world that look 'fake' or 'cheated' like that fact that I have 150 levels or how I have one and a half stacks of netherite, (all collected by strip mining in the nether, no beds) or the fact that I have a leather hat enchanted with efficiency 1. (Rare bug with mansions secret tree room which is supposed to have a iron axe with Efficiency 1)
But I'm done with my rant, I just wanted to say rq that IF toycat does read this I am very thankful, and toycat is yes
You should keep it! Especially as you are by yourself, at the end of the day you know you are honest and that’s what matters. I had a similar thing happen and I’m so glad I didn’t stop playing on it
@@kayleycabral6651 thank you. I'll keep it. I was more asking whether I still play on it or I move on. But yeah I cant let go of this world it would make me feel like i lost a bit if myself. Anyways thanks for the reply
I play Java so I don't know how achievements work on Bedrock. To me, they aren't important. I like playing survival but whenever I want to make a cool build I'm just going to use creative. That's just how I play. If your world means a lot to you, keep it. I wouldn't get rid of mine if I put that much time into it
@@danem2215 on bedrock anchiments do not give you xp they give you gamer score on your xbox account. Also anchiments are a one time thing. For example your cant get taking inventory after opening your inventory again in a different survival world
don't know if this works in bedrock, but in java we can set the properties directly
for example, the lever...
/setblock ~ ~ ~ level[face=ceiling,powered=true,facing=east]
This puts down a lever facing east, on the ceiling, that is powered.
A lot of other blocks have properties as well, you can play around with it, and create some cursed stuff.
Toycat: Don’t build these
Me: Already grabbing blocks
Just learned yesterday how a controller "can be" better than K&M, so once I get a new keyboard I will use both. Movement is more fluid AND accurate(also hurts my hand less) with "left joystick" instead of "WASD".
I might just play "C&M" from now on if I can remap the controller so only the left side of the controller is necessary stuff, while; emotes, chat, drop item and other stuff on the right side.
Imagine buying Toycat's old house
yoo ibx, at 12:50 you can use the command “kill @e” to kill all entities, including all the items on the ground
Oh, I put a floor on my end some time ago, using purple stained glass, roughly 1500 blocks out from the center.
the quickest way to do two different block floors of celings is to do one row full first then one row of only the one block, then if you line it up properly you can just go from one end to the other placing the other block so it fits in bot rows completing the second row and starting the next so you just swap to the first block again an repeat. basically as you go down the row it places alternatly between rows. hard to exsplain by type lol.
For the skulk forest I think it would look good with polished basalt replacing the wood and some glow lichen on the skulk
Honestly the ice lava thing should be the “New game Plus” type thing for the ender dragon, it would add difficulty with the ice being slippy and the lava “Adds” difficulty to the end crystals kinda, you should put it up on the community voting thing if they still hv it
Hello, Ibxtoyyyycat, I’m Doge
Reverse End stone would be a nightmare to travel to and makes the fight against Enderdragon much harder as Enderman will almost blend into the Obsidians
Speaking of a pumpkin village, the first thing I ever made on minecraft when it was called mcpe was a melon house. Those were the days..
Man those end block towers look amazing
As someone who uses WorldEdit on java all the time, even with a mod like that checkered patters aren't that simple to do. So doing it by hand is the way to go I think.
I actually did the reverse end before watching this video lol. I call it ‘The beginning’
Maybe you could try to see if there is a way to replace the odd coordinates with a certain block and then the even coordinates with another
Toycat's content has gone from hey lets play minecraft , to hey let's learn the block positions!
Kirby: can become a car
Toycat: I can make the world a more british place
hmmmm, where have I seen this before?
you said theres only 2 game modes you can play on, im sad because im adventure mode only! Just Kidding! Great Video!
Everytime I watch your video I'm like what did I just watch? Great video.
that glass void floor thing is pretty cool
"It looks so visually interesting" my brain is bleeding now
I haven't even watched this video yet but I know Toycat has at least tried to build one of these.
The reason why the striders are cold is because they are subscribed and as a result are not experiencing a housefire.
A completely transparent End would look cool, or a Nether forest made of glass with vines and shroomlights in the lava?
Me on my way to build every single one of these
"put a weird block in your end"
a term i never thought id hear
5:22 toycat no!!
If you want to keep the villagers on the paths, replace the non-path ground with magma blocks.
Replace the endstone with cake and the pillars with candles 🎂
Bad dragon...
Ahh a list of things to do on my vacation perfect
Toycat covered a mountain with a 1970s green linoleum floor.
next video: reacting to someone that made all 8 builds in their own survival world
for the checkerboard pattern you casn get a start on it and then clone the coordinates
this works on java and bedrock
you could of done the blue/white with structure blocks.. save a reasonable size and then load them in next to each corner etc?
I know you are working on your thumbnails and I thought this one was very eye-catching. Hope you find a good style!
Isn't spending an absurd amount of time gathering resources and building something just to look back on it like "that's pretty amusing, reverse end lol" the spirit of Minecraft?
That "icy" pun made me snort aloud
I would do the skulk forest with warped wood stems or whatever its called-
The skulk leaves and vines with the blue wood stems from the nether C:
I love how 3 minutes he's already talking about things you might actually want to build. lol
There goes my weekend plans
