They need to also test things like character acquisition, no? Besides this is their fourth beta in total (second for global) so any problems characters have are minor(even HSR did this)

It's curesntly in CBT2 (Closed Beta Test 2). While this is a proper guess based off their license for the game, it has until October before they have to get a new license

To be fair, Kuro's previous game literally has like 3 or 4 male characters (although we love Fire God Lee, iykyk) they are taking a much diffrrent turn to their designs and although they are very different i can say they can very easily improve.
