- This next Wacky Pack toy is only sad because it is gone and Sonic Drive-In cannot seem to get toy making right in recent years so we must sadly commemorate the good toys that have gone by.
- The trend to stop using straws is relatively new. More and more bars and restaurants are changing their straws from plastic to cardboard or agave, and some are even using reusable straws.

- The Sonic Drink Buddies are little figurines that are placed onto the cup when drinking. This is a meal accessory no one needed. They are extra pieces of plastic that have a useless function that kind of look like toys but are not really toys.

The other day i had a customer ask for a toy but all we had was books. I settled for giving the kid some stickers as sticking them all on your face is much more fun

Their toys are pretty inconsistent, but sometimes they make some awesome ones. Their Nerf set a few years back was awesome. I mean, there was an inflatable zombie dagger. That’s awesome!

The Tots were awesome. But the Sonic gears were my childhood. My grandma had a whole machine basically of Sonic Gears on her fridge. They were so much fun and (I Wanna say Partially) inspired my love of machinery.

Compared to things like a spoon or pencil case - aka, non toys, those Tots are not sad.
I find the Tots rather cute, tbh. And actually like the POP!s as well - I have POP!s of my fave chars, such as Lightyear's Zurg and some Star Wars characters. I prefer the vinyl figs over the bobbleheads though.

The only good "toys" that were good in my opinion was the Tots, lizards, and Drink Buddies.
The only reason I put Drink Buddies is because you can play with them, like RPing with them.

SEGA might be mad about this.
Every fast food place has had kids meals toys that are definitely not toys. Right off the bat I’m thinking of the McDonald’s Michael Jordan line which literally had a little timer and some other “work out” items. The pencil case is very lame but things like that I’ve seen before too. Even special spoons or straws is not fun. It’s just crazy how they would ever think that that was a good idea when there are so many different toys they could make. They can’t all be winners but at least make it a definitive toy.

My son and I loved our "por-que-tot". Weirdly it got so much play time when he was younger that i still have it to this day. Guess it just makes me go back to the innocence of his youth and those silly memories of back when. For that i guess, i think it was a great toy
