Just an FYI, If you take dry ice, break it up, Mix it with alchohol and pour this mixture or hold it in place over the rubber sound deadening. Let it sit for about 2 or 3 minutes, then take a small hammer and hit it. It will break loose and you can just pick it up and put it in the trash. It breaks off in small chunks. We used a small hammer with a chissel on the other side, and you just hit it and it breaks apart and comes up off the floor with ease. We did that on our 72 xj6 and it took like 30 minutes to do the entire floor.
