Massively under rated band. RIP Frankie

Headless Children was the first serious album for me and I love it. I consider it one of the best heavy metal albums of all time.

WASP was one of those bands I never really got into. The acoustic beginning sounds like Cinderella and Tom Keiffer to me, guess this is ok, probably a lot easier for a non fan to take in than some of the other wilder stuff they've done.

The Headless Children is a much more mature album over all than the previous 3 albums. First album without any overly sexual songs on it. And the last to have Chris Holmes until the reunion for Kill Fuck Die and Unholy Terror when W.A.S.P. became good again. Hmmmm could it be that Chris is a pivotal member of the band? I'm not a huge fan of the non Holmes albums. I consider them to be Blackie's solo albums. And the last two Babylon and Golgotha when he tried to become religious...what's up with that?!? I want to see him sing those songs while wearing his saw blade cod piece 😂

It almost sounded like you were getting ready to say Blackie BALL-LESS but you caught yourself before it could get out of your mouth. 😹 I remember this....it fell into the "meh" category for me back then and not much has changed; then again, I was never a huge fan of this band. I do give Blackie props for pulling off a softer side, even though it didn't do much for me. The highlight of this video is definitely Frankie (RIP)...he was seemingly THE go-to guy if you needed a drummer! 🤘

I love WASP. I however jumped off att headless children but in later years ive come to like pretty much every wasp song more or less. It would be awesome to see them live again if its even possible. WASP was here in Sweden known as We Are Satans People thanks to a religious tv anchor back in the 80's that drummed up a fuss about all that "evil" blood and gore and sexual stuff on stage. Haha its kinda of a funny thing and the short ptigram is actually uploaded here on youtube for all to laugh about. Cheers
