Always have ventilation windows at the top in the rooms so that hot air can go out. Make provision for exhaust fan plug point as well so that you can put a fan there to push out hot air from the room. Same goes for AC plug points (16a) - plan them now itself factoring the outdoor unit position & an airflow opening. Else it is very much possible to damage other existing wiring when trying to make holes for AC.
