To me I see a lot of truma 2003S heaters with the top broken also the fronts go like rusty but you try to find these new parts is like speaking to the Pope, so difficult to find

So how do you remove the screws without loosing them in the heater somewhere?

      Magnetic screw driver obviously!

I held the screws with my screw driver and finger. The top grill gap is fairly large so no issues.

Do you have a fix for the burning smell?

I assume the burning smell is when you're on electric supply. If that's the case, its dust build up on the heating element. The best way is to turn it up on high (2000) and turn the fan on full.

Thank you, I haven't used the heater for a while and I have her a good clean out this morning still had the smell but all seems well now after a few mins of the smell so it must have been dust build up.

@@jessieblack4704 that's fairly standard with electric heaters. The dust settles on the heating element and when turned on smells. Beginning of use each winter, I just ramp it up and then its ok from then on.
