I can't believe it this is amazing! My greatx2 grandfather was 100% Tlaxcalteca and was actually k!lled for marrying a white woman. Representation is extremely important! It's not just for young people, but also for people like my grandmother. When we were little, she would constantly ask us, her grandkids, if we loved her even though she was dark and "Indian". One movie isn't going to erase several generations worth of trauma, but it makes it possible for people like me and my grandmother to see ourselves in a positive light not *despite* our heritage, but *because* of our heritage. I love it! So much.

( I had an interview with an agency and the agent talked about how one of the guys in Wakanda forever was part of this agency and had helped out a lot so that it was actually accurate representation. And apparently the director was really open to any corrections. )

My friend was ecstatic when she saw the trailer! Sheâs a huge marvel fan and mesoamerican. Itâs great to see more and more representation come to marvel and just really all mainstream entertainment.
