these people have done nothing to harm you, and remember these people are humans just like yourself, and should be treated as such.
They have feelings and emotions just like you, and with to much hate they can be broken.
I know this because I have almost been broken myself once before, but was able to avoid it.

Body shaming is honestly one of the most harmful things I think you can do to a person. The second you start it, sometimes those words that you say will always run through that person's head. They will never forget that someone made them feel ashamed of something that they literally don't necessarily have control over sometimes. It's so depressing to realize that there are people in this world like that. That all they do is try to tear others down, meanwhile they have tons of their own problems that they should've tried to start fixing before they trash talked someone else. Sorry for the long comment, but i just hate that some people are so toxic, and they're hurting others instead of keeping it to themselves. Like, COME ON, how hard is it to just be a nice person?
