They have the vendors market at Hope's Fry bread often. You would have to follow her to know when they happen. As for the night time stuff, that was for the Superbowl and in honor of La Morena and her contribution to the Superbowl.

For native food there’s Hopes frybread, the frybread house and the stand in salt river
Hopes frybread is the only "Navajo owned" though
