I don't think that's what they're trying to say in this story. If you're talented and learn you will be successful in whatever you choose, whether that's being wealthy or what have you. Depends on your own determination in life. All walks of life, rich, poor, beautiful, plain, it's what one can overcome, obstacle's. In this story, it's her family.
