    Great review. Never tried Nigerian food looks like my Jamaican dishes though and we use Scotch Bonnet too. Looked tasty.

    Scotch bonnet/Naga is a mighty plant with great flavour and heat but have too much in a sitting and you'll be squirting liquid out instead of solids for 3 days every couple of hours!

    I am a Nigerian and I think that combination is pretty bad lol, amazing dishes individually but I would never eat them together like that.

      You never eat boiled beans with Jollof rice or fried rice in Nigeria nor will you add pottage to anything as a side like she’s done. It’s like having a steak and ale pie together with a Sunday roast and then adding some cod and chips
