In my opinion, the examiner is not conducting the test in the correct manner, he is constantly looking at his watch, which is a distraction for the student, and the questions are nothing like a genuine speaking test, the part three questions sounded more like part one questions, overall the test is a mockery of the IELTS test.

this isn't an ielts speaking exam or even a small mock speaking ielts exam cause just pay attention to the examiner for the whole video.
