When I was in 8th grade, I had a young English teacher who worked with our class for a year. Aside from English, we were taught Russian and Kazakh as official languages. English was the third language, and students were mainly less proficient in it, since focus remained on the first two. Alua, my teacher of English, saw my interest and potential in learning this language, and took on giving me extra material for practices and workbooks to improve my grammar. I loved learning English and had no problems with reading books, listening to songs in English and practicing it in general. On one of our first extra classes she suggested me listening to this song and marking new words for myself. I was not really into such genre, but the song was catchy and I quickly remembered all of the adjectives and animal names from this song.
Now I am a freshman at my university, studying Economics in English and using it every single day, relying on what she taught me back then.

I love that bit on 1:30 could easily be done on a green screen and Lenka could just sing once and the background would change flawlessly; but they didn't. The ever so slight imperfections when the scene changes makes it such an eye candy.

Damn, all my life i've never actually understood this song. It came out when i was 13-14 and barely knew English but i remember playing it on loop for weeks since it was especially popular in my country for some reason and back then i was like, so naively, "man, this girl wants to become so many things".
