I use a singer 1512 but it keeps unthreading while I sew. I’ve watched everything and even had someone could check it out. Could I be using the wrong tension or something?

I have the singer one it's a computerized sewing machine. I haven't used it yet. The hardest part was threading the needle
Awww, if you know the model, you can download a manual from www.singer.com . Type it in search, even if it tells you search didnt produce results theres a section that says “SUPPORT” click on that itll have the manual and download is free, i hope this helps💖

Thank you, this was a very informative video. I'm an absolute beginner and I want to buy a simple ,cheap, yet good quality sewing machine to sew simple things around the house. Are you happy with yours? Another question is what kind of material you can sew with this machine? Like Jeans and Denim is sew-able too? Thank you again 😊❤️🙏
You can sew denim but you need to get the right needle for it and you have to use the pedal QUITE gently while sewing denim. If you do it at the normal speed the needle might snap.
Can you see heavy materials like denim on this machine?

I can't even find what's the difference between the two... 1408 is more expensive than 1409, so I'd expect it to be newer/better.

Is this a good machine to learn on ?? Reviews are either it’s terrible or it’s amazing, it’s just confusing me, I can get it for $90 I just don’t want it to be bad, like reviews say people are getting threads tangled, unable to sew on thick fabric etc. What’s your opinion? Will it last me ?!!!
(I only plan on sewing clothing)

Mine came with pedal and all the accessories and extra needles and bobbins and other tools even a socket extension for it

Yes its really good, i use mine to make wigs which is very thick material n it works fine all u need is the right needle and ure ok
