You are completely right about the "Competitive" aspect of games, its just BS if you cant get hit and or take any dmg.
Honestly Blizzard should CAP dodge and Dmg reduction, just like how they capped the Armor stat.
Totally agreed. I have a MV barb and I don’t do PVP duo with others as it’s basically not fair.

Great write up. Question, instead of Heartseeker skill, if you were to use Rapid Fire with Andariel, what would you change? Aspects, paragon for example?
I wouldn't use Andi with rapid fire. Instead, if I would use rapid fire, I would go for normal helmet with dex or dodge chance as GA and temper dodge chance to get to 90-95% and chance to freeze to 100, with might aspect. With Andi you need several procs to get the DoT running quickly. With rapid fire, 1 shot is all you need. Rapid fire has way higher damage output than heartseeker, but the downside is that it requires more skill to play it, as you can miss the target relatively often, especially against good players. However, if you hit them, you can either 1 shot them ot take half of their HP.
For rapid fire I would use this paragon and skill tree:

For the weapons again - dex as GA and instead of vulnerable damage, you temper flat damage and chance for rapid fire to cast twice.
On one of the rings instead of smiting I would take expectant and on the other sword instead of elements I would take accelerating.
On the amulet you can take Undying and on the bow - aspect of repeating.

I once saw a Sorc casting crimson color fire wall and a necro casting emerald bone spear.
In this video I can see that the color of dust devils was somewhat red, instead of orange-ish like normal..😅
How well does this build do Pits ? Just curious, have been thinking of trying an andy heartseeker on Pits
Tier 110 is the limit of this build and it's very likely that you won't be able to finish it because the timer will run out before you kill the boss. You need at least some crit damage for the pit. However, in pvp is quite useless, because:
1. crit damage is capped at 200% in pvp
2. DoT is superior to crit damage in PvP. Exceptions are effects that causes DoT based on your crit damage - e.g. Gushing Wounds.

Ah, yes. My bad. Just fixed it. Remove 3 points from concealment and put 1 in Smoke grenade, enhanced smoke grenade and subverting smoke grenade.

If you change the gear (not the weapons) with dodge, rapid fire would be stronger. than this build. It's essentially the same build, but on the weapons instead of heart seeker you temper chance for rapid fire to cast twice and you also temper damage instead of vulnerable damage. Finally, you take Precision key passive instead of Victimize. I am 100% sure that this would be stronger than Andi Heartseeker.
I see you went with the dodge mechanism now, told you it was pretty much 100 % . That aspect makes such a huge difference in pvp....you really need to try tb in pvp....it wrecks
Yes, but if you are not 100% dodge you will get rekt with melee rogue. And 100% dodge is BS in my opinion because it makes you quite immortal. I think that it still doesn't make you completely immortal vs bloodwave or firewall, but I am not sure. But with 95% you can die in 1 second from firewall or bloodwave.
@aspergaming8396 I agree completely with the immortal builds.....it sucks. I only do it when I come across others using it. Infinite flame shield sorcs are just annoying af and damn barbs taking no damage also. It really takes all the fun and skill out of pvp
Any form of immortal build (including 100% dodge chance) for any pvp game is just bad game balance. Agreed, its not competitive. MV 25 barb, immortal sorc...bad for D4 overall.
I really hope blizzard soon balances the invincibility builds, it should never ever be in pvp. Dodge, MV and flame shield. There need to be a cap on Dot damage in pvp as well. With that said I love my rogue in pvp and I smash barbies all day as long as they aren’t MV and just absorb every single hit. I will say there is higher damage routs for this on rogue with being able to have more health, highest dot tick I’ve seen on a boss with my build was 958 million

where do you find those fights? for me fields of hatred are always empty is this season or non season?
It's seasonal realm. However, I am playing in EU. Monday to Friday during the day rarely there's anyone. But after 20:00pm people start coming, especially on Friday night and the weekend. These extended pvp fight however, occur mostly at night on Friday and weekends.
