I love mine, a big upgrade from the x5c. I attached a sj4000 for video, but the stock camera/video works fairly well.
I just watched the end of the video....holy cow!! 396 meters!! That's awsome.....now I don't have to worry on how far I can go on a stock controller. Thank you for the video upload, keep em coming...
Yes the sj4000 is a really nice upgrade from the stock camera. Don't let it go too far though, it drops once it looses contact with the transmitter and I found one of the motors not working the next day and one of the landing legs got a fracture as well :(. Both are in order from gearbest and the x8c parts are compatible but you don't want to damage a good camera like that :)

Definitely the x5sw!!!
A lot more nimble and forgiving when you crash and you will crash....
You could even start with something even cheaper like the Bayang toys x7 or x9.

I think you can put phone inside it the drone and run app at sametime get far in range.
There is no mention if this model records video. I'm assuming that its your phone that does the recording? My current Syma has a micro SD card to transfer the video.

As soon as the vehicle is turned around, the trim will work opposite to the desired effect. :)
Doesn't matter I just flew my quadcopter a few times and it fixed itself.

it is hard to recommend a low cost video quad that takes "good" videos.....none of these toy grade quads really take "good" videos good enough to say it is 'good"....invest in a quad like the dji phantom standard which is $519 only and takes really "good" videos.

Can this support a GoPro on top and the stock camera on the bottom at the same time?
Probably.... But the motors are not strong enough and will burn out sooner :)

I bought an x8w after watching your review. I was disappointed and should have bought the x8c.
The price difference wasn't too much I hope....
If at all you decide you need to get another replacement for the x8w quad, check the link for the x8g bnf at some $52 US dollars :)
I still have my x8w and it still works great but I hardly ever use the wifi camera, so yes, it that, I was disappointed as well...( in the wifi camera )

well, the mjx x600 although is a nice drone for a camera, it gave me poor range for the 808 camera i used may be too noisy as in frequency wise and hinders the transmitters range of this drone. I have not gotten a x5w and am not in a position to answer on its behalf. but I can say that if you are getting one of these drones for a fpv, then I would suggest that you get something with a 5.8ghz fpv system for the wifi is not a reliable source for a true fpv flight.
it has a lag that is a second or two behind so you may run into something and not realize until one to two seconds later.

First turn the quadcopter on and the transmitter, wait till it connects, it takes just seconds and the lights will indicate the connection, then up down on the throttle stick and it will beep and you are bound :)

You can stick a mobius or a xiaomi yi camera or even a go pro however you will be giving up the wifi capabilities.....
Which isn't so great...so yeah :)
So all these examples have wifi and an aplication o can wathc the video in direct, so yeah i know that gopro does but i mean like the xaomi, etc
just the video camera that came the drone have the wifi and the app for your phone.
will it be able to work with 6channel controllers like FS-T6 FS-i6, Spektrum DX5e etc?

What do you use the trim buttons for ?.. I´m really new on this rc beauties :)
Perseo Hernandez The trim buttons are for when the quad drifts in a direction while it is in hover. if it drifts to the left, you will trim to the right and when it drifts to the front, you will trim back and so on until your quad hovers in one spot with the remote in neutral :)
This quad is stable but i had my trims messed up and it is quite sensitive to wind more than some other quads so i had a hard time hovering in one spot :)

Is it possible to lets say install a larger battery so the flight time becomes 20/30 minutes? It would be done by a professional who is into these things because I am a total noob. Just asking so. :)
I would recommend not....it will burn out the motors....use extra batteries and rest in between batteries :)
and i see that the cam is moving with the drone so can i buy another thingui in banggood you know like an stabilizeer like the dji phantom uses to have the cam in a fix point?

The cam that comes with the drone is a fixed position camera but can tilt up or down before taking off.
You could get a gimbal to have smoother videos but this transmitter does not have auxiliary control to move the gimbal while in flight.

Have you made sure the correct propellers are placed on the corresponding motors?
Take a look at the bottom of the propellers they should have a letter A or B and should match with the A or B motor pods.
i still dont understand on drones if you connect your phone with wifi do you have to have data on your phone or is it pretty much bluetooth
it uses wifi and you do not need to use your data :)

Hey . What exactly does rhe WIFI signal of FPV connect to? Is it only connected to MY house wifi signal? or just a wifi signal that is in the air around the area i live?

The wifi signal is created from the camera that is attached to the drone and transmits a signal up to 100meters so you can connect it to your phone for real time fpv.

One other question..I just bought a 950v sky viper drone..it does not have FPV "live streaming,WIFI signals". I cannot stand not seeing what i am recording. Is it actually worth it to spend a few extra bucks and a 1-2hr more for charging time to get a 100-150$ drone that has FPV for videos? Also how is the quality of most videos of drones with FPV for under 200$ "on a tight budget". Thank you if you can respond to this question.

Most wifi fpv signal has a slight lag and it is not safe to fly looking at the monitor screen for a split second and you have lost your drone's whereabouts. A 5.8 ghz fpv drone is much better and if you can get one with altitude hold you will be much safer.

wifi is one way to transmit signal and 5.8ghz is another way of transmitting signal and wifi is not as good a reliable source than the 5.8ghz.

I can't tell you that it will or not for I have not tried it myself but the motors burn themselves out with the supplied 7.4v batteries after 3-4 flights on mine so maybe it is not such a good idea.....

I have used the camera only once to tell you the truth and did not see that it was necessary for my use. It breaks up around 100 meters and has a lag and if you want to take better videos then I would stick a mobius or yi or something better to get cleaner videos. the quad has good range and i got almost 400 meters horizontal so the wifi cam could have been better made with better range. so, if you dont care about cam, then the x8c is the same as the x8w less $10 :)

the walkera g2d gimbal is 125g and the xiaomi yi cam is 72g which the quad can lift with no problems. see my x8g video with those two attached.

Charge time is not 3 hours, more like 90 minutes
