Roof shoveling labor (and back) saving tip

Technique I figured out to shovel snow off my large roof, you don’t need to watch the whole thing to get the concept but there was a couple lessons learned.
Notes:
12x24 is a good manageable size. May be tricky to get a longer tarp into place without a second person on the ground with a line or two.
I did all of this solo. If working with two people the tarp could be wider, maybe 16’ but you’ll need a 2x4 or similar board that long.
One Mistake, actual estimated weight on roof was 80,000#, not 200,000#.

I did that last year. Worked great, but still a lot of shoveling! Going to try my new battery powered snow blower next!
