Mr Simerjeet sir I think u r the Mahatma Gandhi of our modern India but I was listening to Dan lok view on public speaking saying that we need to speak one to one and connect with each member of the audience and we don't address each member as ladies and gentlemen...they get disconnected subconsciously "I am not ladies and gentlemen I am me myself"
