One of the features people keep asking about is PowerPoint and Keynote integration in Pro7.
Personally, from an artistic point of view, I don't get it. I mean, I know that pastors oftentimes know how to use one of these tools, and not ProPresenter, BUT the results usually stick out like a sore thumb.
It would be so much easier if the speaker would just give you a text file that you can import into ProPresenter and make it look like it fits.
That said, there are times when you have no choice (visiting speakers, for example). When that's the case, there are a couple of other ways to get the information into Pro7, but each comes with its own challenges.

Thanks for the help. Here is my work flow to take Keynotes into ProPresenter so that I can retain the Notes created by the Pastor. I export the Keynote file to PowerPoint, then import the PowerPoint file into ProPresenter. This way, the state monitors show both the current slide, next slide (as images) AND the notes associated with each slide. We have 2 confidence monitors for the stage. One shows the Main output seen by the audience. the second one is the PP7 Stage Display with a text linked box showing the notes for the currently displayed slide and a smaller Media linked box showing the Next slide image. I wish I could upload a picture of the stage display so you can see it.

Hey brother Paul. We updated to the latest version of PP7 and our Keynotes will not play from PP7 anymore. We use a Mac mini and the OS is Ventura 13.0.1 Can you please help us out? Thank you and God Bless!

I like keynote as a Pastor because I can use my phone or tablet as the remote and also my notes can be displayed if needed. Is there a remote option for ProPresenter?

Yep, and it works on both iPHone and Android. Look up "Pro Remote" in the app store.

Is there a way too show keynotes on stage screen?

You can show what’s on the main screen using a screen preview in the stage screen.

OK, but by using Keynote, the output will still be "from" Keynote right? So if I have setup up other screen setup in Propresenter, these other screens won't get the output from Propresenter? For example in a live stream. So, in order to do that, you have to add the slides into Propresenter manually, as you show. It would be great to have the Keynote output more integrated with the Propresenter output. Now, I guess adding the Keynote into the Playlist acts only as a hyperlink to the external Keynote presentation.

Yep. So, if you need features like that, use ProPresenter itself. Keynote is MUCH more limited and doesn’t work in a way pro7 can integrate with.

Live video from multiple sources? Alpha? Multiple screens beyond one for the audience and one for the leader? Live-streaming?
They’re different. Pro7 does A LOT of things Keynote doesn’t, too.
