Married there 1992, glad they have kept it so nice all these years. It really is a cool piece of Vegas history.
Easily the best place chapel to get married in Vegas if you want a classic Vegas chapel wedding.
Like 23👍💒My friend David was married at Little Church of The West. Jedi Rich and Jedi Joy were also married here💒
So awesome, I'm glad Vegas kept at least one structure on the strip.
It's nice that there will be one structure from the original era of the Las Vegas Strip, the 1930's-1940's.
What a great history! I have to go visit the next time we are in. Nice job Kevin!
I’ve seen this church in the Rockford Files show. It’s so cool. I think Paul & Dale McKenzie were married there. I’m catching up on your cool video. Always great to see your informative video. 🤠👍😻🌻🌻
I didn't know the church was in the Rockford Files, which is a classic show. You are correct that Paula & Dale were married at the church and had their honeymoon at the Imperial Palace I believe.
Oops, sorry. It was Dan Tana, the Vegas detective show. Good pics of the church. I think Red Buttons plays the priest. Who marries everyone. 👍😆
i looked it up. It’s season 1, episode 11. It’s called Vegas, the little chapel. Tommy cirko is played by Red. Good scenes inside the church. 👍🎉😻
@@texadonkey34 It's difficult to keep all of the Vegas historical information in line, everything starts to blur together after awhile.
My parents were married there in 1956. I'm so grateful the church has been preserved so I can come see it, sit down in a pew, and envision my parents standing there, so happy and in love... as they remained until their deaths. THANK YOU so much to the owners who have taken care of this property, and not updated it. The ORIGINAL contains the decades of memories
A true treasure on the Strip.
Thanks so much for this video-I didn’t know the history of the chapel-and the old pictures from ‘back in the day’ were delightful to see!
@@rolson1695 Most welcome!
