How To Play An Accent On the Trumpet

In just one minute, I demonstrate what the short and long accents sound like on the trumpet.
I'm on a mission to try and explore my ordinary music abilities and see how much I can learn on a single instrument in a month of daily practice. I've spent an hour a day for the year of 2020 (thus far) practicing an instrument every day!

That wasn't an accent it was just playing a melody in staccato and legato, and when you gave an example of the difference between staccato and the accent you literally just played the melody in staccato but quieter.
